Finally finished, and published.

The first of the short stories is completed revisions and published online.

I started the process of revising some pieces from my undergraduate creative writing portfolio and publishing them to Medium. That can be read here:

A Season In Amber

The genre for now is paranormal or supernatural for the fiction pieces (short stories and a novella being reworked) but I’ll also be working on some long-form nonfiction in the coming months. Still in the research, world building and character development stage of the novel, but I plan to earnestly plot outlining in between. I have scheduled the full time writing of the novel (chapters) by May and right on through to Novel November Challenges with multiple groups. A handful of orgs and grass roots efforts taking over after the implosion of the NaNoWriMo scandal.

That’s the writing plan and portfolio building for 2026.

Plus the occasional blog for the website, and my painting. All the painting ever this year. Which I might share at some point, maybe by summer?

Now, I just need to work on building the lifestyle habits to support that.
