YOU JUST HAVE TO THINK TO YOURSELF THAT IT ISN’T A HABIT… WELL OF COURSE IT IS.
BUT WHY?
Part of the reason we find it so hard to give up old habits, like eating unhealthy, sleeping in, smoking anything really! is the fact that we are TAUGHT that it is hard, so therefore we THINK and then we BELIEVE, which brings us to the problem, which is basically our own minds.
Our minds, or our belief systems teach us that is hard to break habit, but it doesn’t have to be.
A basic example would be, we open up the fridge and see leftover takeaway pizza, cheesy, crispy, delicious. The we look further and find an apple and various other fruit and veges. Now we all KNOW what we should eat, but most of us average people go for the pizza, while consciously knowing that the healthier and more beneficial choice would have been the fruit.
I believe that we make these choices because we are told it is hard to choose the healthier option, and knowing most people, we don’t want to have t go through hardship, so we choose easy.
If you just stop for a moment and breath, REALLY BREATH. and think. relax. Do whatever it is you need to do to calm yourself and tell yourself that it ISN"T hard to just friggin’ pick the fruit.
JUST DO IT. it really really is that simple. Don’t conform, be your own person and realise what you can achieve if you just stop and think.
