Health and fitness tips, I personally go by and work for me.

6-8 hours of sleep
6-8 cups of water every day
No more than two days of rest, when consistently exercising
2-3 meals a day, never skip breakfast
2-3 snacks everyday, its natural to snack!
Avoid white bread and soda
Tea and coffee are good for you, but don't over do it!
Chocolate is good for you, the darker the better.
Writing down what I eat, keeps me on track

🌑Personal tips for girls(and maybe boys) of things to do to avoid getting robbed/mugged/chased etc.. While having to walk at night through a dangerous(ghetto, creepy) street. 🌑

• Stay way from shadows.
•Stay on the street side of the sidewalk.
•Find anything sharp on you and be prepared to use it(even if you have to hide it in your sleeve).
Always check if someone is behind you; close to you; next to you; to the side etc..
• If yes^ then stay as far as you can from them.
• And last but not least, keep a steady pace. Don’t slow down.
•And actual last but not least, DON’T FORGET TO RUN IF YOU HAVE TO. I hope my tips don’t have to be used though.

IT'S SO EASY TO BREAK HABIT.. REALLY!

YOU JUST HAVE TO THINK TO YOURSELF THAT IT ISN’T A HABIT… WELL OF COURSE IT IS.


BUT WHY?

Part of the reason we find it so hard to give up old habits, like eating unhealthy, sleeping in, smoking anything really! is the fact that we are TAUGHT that it is hard, so therefore we THINK and then we BELIEVE, which brings us to the problem, which is basically our own minds.

Our minds, or our belief systems teach us that is hard to break habit, but it doesn’t have to be. 

A basic example would be, we open up the fridge and see leftover takeaway pizza, cheesy, crispy, delicious. The we look further and find an apple and various other fruit and veges. Now we all KNOW what we should eat, but most of us average people go for the pizza, while consciously knowing that the healthier and more beneficial choice would have been the fruit. 

I believe that we make these choices because we are told it is hard to choose the healthier option, and knowing most people, we don’t want to have t go through hardship, so we choose easy.

If you just stop for a moment and breath, REALLY BREATH. and think. relax. Do whatever it is you need to do to calm yourself and tell yourself that it ISN"T hard to just friggin’ pick the fruit.

JUST DO IT. it really really is that simple. Don’t conform, be your own person and realise what you can achieve if you just stop and think.

Love for the skinny girl.

I loved shoping with my Mum the other day, I had to keep asking for smaller sizes, and the shop assistant complemented me on my body and then said she’ll go try find something from the petite section. Most stores didn’t even have my size.

But the fact that I loved it and that I got more attention from a pretty girl working in a store, really shows me how shallow alot of people are. More than I thought really. Including myself. But who doesn’t love abit of attention? Come on. 

If I owned a store I would give as much attention I could to anyone that needed help, not just the skinny, pretty girls and guys.

Why Yoga is just the greatest thing probly ever.

1. Its pretty fucking mad.

2. It’s fun, like tryna balance in weird positions.

3. It’s calms you down ten fold.

4. It’s easy and challenging at the same time. If you’re calm, yoga becomes easy but is still a hectic workout.

5. It makes you look sexy and lean.

6. Increases flexibility, meaning you can move with ease and makes sex more fun to.

7. You can do it anywhere.

8. Waking up and doing Yoga before breakfast is probly the best thing to chill you out and make you think straight. Like thinking straight about what healthy choices you should make that day.

9. It makes you strong without bulking you up.

10. It has helped me come closer to my goal more than anything else.

I try to remember at all times that what I am doing is a positive thing for myself and my body.

Losing weight by eating so fantastically well and continuous exercise throughout the week every week, is the best thing you can do for your body.

When I do this I feel fresh and energised and more and more commited every day.

Why would I want anything less that the best for every aspect of my life. My body is more and more beautiful every day and I am so grateful that I even HAVE the choice to change it.

Low-fat shit should be eaten in replacement of all the fat, shit, junk you use to eat, not eaten mindlessly out of the pure fact that there’s a “low fat” sticker on the packet.

You’re still eating cream or chips or other junk. It’s still shit for you.

DO NOT LET FOOD RULE YOU

Always try and remember that you are in control of you life. The way some people eat it looks like it is the food that is in control. Remember that you have the power to choose when you eat and when you don’t eat so decide that you are going to make good choices. Rules about what you can and can’t eat just don’t seem to work; or at least that is what the University of California study found. Instead take the attitude that you can eat anything you want but you choose to respect your body and feed it in a way that will do it good.
