Hi everyone! Thank you for reading my rant. This is my first official rant about Larry Stylinson and I want to try to take it “seriously” I guess. I want it to have a podcast vibe in a newsletter format written by someone who is obviously unqualified. I also want you to keep on mind that for these rants, I’m only really using evidence that larry is real that I think is the strongest. I won’t be talking about anything about the way they looked at eachother unless it’s from a liked reel by Louis Tomlinson ( if you know , you know. If not I’ll tell you later) . Anyways, in this rant I’m mainly focusing on the taller half of Larry Stylinson, Mr. Harry Styles himself. I’m going to talk about Harry’s songs Pop and Cinema and yes, a little bit of Medicine. Ok that’s it for the intro. Enjoy ( I guess . I kinda hate the phrase “Enjoy!” though) and let me know what you think. ( also warning this post has some sexual content. Just words, please don’t kill me)
[[MORE]]Cinema: In Harry Styles 2022 album, Harry’s House, he released a little banger called Cinema. For those of you who haven’t heard the song, first of all you’re missing out and you should listen to it immediately. Second, it’s a very, very freaky song. We’ll I mean kinda. Mostly just the first verse.
In the first verse, ( and I have a link to the full lyrics at the bottom of the post) , Harry says “ I guess that in time you’re getting yourself wet for me”. 😐
Most people would think this is about a girl since well…you know, women have that kind of natural reaction. So you might be thinking “ Sara, this literally is about a woman and proves Larry to be wrong” BUT this is a very loud song just because of one little drug with a confirmation from yes, Mr. Harry Styles himself.
Poppers: For those of you who don’t know what poppers are, ( warning it’s something sexual) let me give you the Google definition,
“Poppers” is a slang term for recreational drugs containing alkyl nitrites, such as amyl nitrite, isobutyl nitrite, or isopropyl nitrite. They are volatile liquids inhaled for their fast-acting, short-lived effects—including euphoria and smooth muscle relaxation—often used to heighten sexual arousal or during rave/club scenes, originating from their historical use in treating angina.
Poppers are widely used amongst the queer ( specifically gay) community ( commonly used at raves , clubs, etc). It’s used as a sex drug because in order for ( warning agian) for certain things to go into certain places, certain places need to open up a little so to speak ( you get the idea) and poppers help relax muscles to do that.
Harry has talked about poppers a little bit but not in like detail or anything. When he was on SNL in 2019, during his “ Sara Lee” sketch, his character posted about being on a poppers high and that was pretty much the only time he’s mentioned it directly BUT he has mentioned it INDIRECTLY.
Cinema ( agian) : Towards the end of Cinema, Harry repeats “ You pop , You got the pop, You pop when we get intimate” ( etc , not in order I know but the lyrics are linked so whatever) .
Now, there’s a theory that he’s talking about using poppers to have sex (“ You pop when we get intimate”). And looking back on the lyrics, it seems like he is. Which would mean Harry would be having sex with, yes, a man.
Going back to the “ I guess that in time, you’re getting yourself wet for me” lyric, this could be about ( warning agian) applying lube.
This could be what the song is about but it’s just a theory, right? Wrong ( I mean probaly). Harry confirmed it at a concert during Love On Tour.
There’s a video out there somewhere in the world that I’ve seen multiple times and yet I some how can’t find it for the the life of me (I promise the video is real and if anyone could send me the link that would be great) and in that video, a fan brought a sign to Love On Tour that had a picture of a popper ( bottle? Container? Whatever you call it that holds the drug) with the lyrics “ You pop” from Cinema. And Harry agknowlged it. And I literally can’t remember if he nodded or pointed ( maybe even both) but he acknowledged it. And this has happened at MULTIPLE concerts. There is actuall video proof but unfortunately, I don’t have it.
Anyways, Cinema is about poppers ( in my eyes at least, you can interpret it how you want). BUT Cinema is not Harry’s only song about poppers.
Medicine: Don’t get too excited yet. I’m not going to go too into detail yet ( 😏 ) with Medicine because she deserves a little bit of a bigger spot light.
I think you know where I’m going with this one. What is Medicine? A drug. What are poppers? A drug. What is medicine about? Sex. Whare poppers for? Sex. Sex with who? Men and maybe women but mostly men. I rest my case. Medicine is also about poppers.
Pop: Pop is still a baby so there hasn’t been a lot of time to reflect on its meaning but one thing is for sure. This song is about giving a blow job.
Harry did an interview for BBC radio 1 where he was asked about the meaning of pop and how its about pop music ( 😬 ) and you can just tell Harry’s trying to keep it together. Pop is not about pop music. Well I guess it could be because of the lyric “ it’s meant to be pop” following the common theme of Kissco about Harry finding his identity in music. But the rest of the song is about oral sex with a man and when it’s not , it’s about a threesome with a woman and yes, a man ( “ two flavors” ).
But if it’s not about Pop music, what’s it about?Poppers. Agian.
In conclusion, Harry has at least three songs about sex with a man. Now this could prove that Harry’s gay or bi or queer in general vut how does it prove that he’s dating Louis Tomlinson? The truth is all this doesn’t necessarily prove that they’re dating but it does prove that there’s a chance. But don’t worry, this is only the first rant and I’ll give you more proof soon.
