We just made it up as we went! There are a few templates for DID and OSDD, but i don’t personally like them for actually tracking anything. I figured out how to use the chart stuff, and that fits best what we want for system tracking ^^
any other stuff (a journal, a way to help us find which we are, and other stuff like that) we just added separate pages for and prettied it up. I think it’s pretty nice to be able to just add features, however, and whenever you want to!

I like customizable it is, and I have some really good templates there that I put a lot of work into, but I’m so disappointed with them. I’m considering deleting it, but I’m not sure if I’m ruining all my hard work.

To any fellow plural notion users, I have a question!
Due to the news about Simply Plural, we are thinking about just using Notion as an alternative as it is something we are already familiar with. However, we can’t quite figure out how to track fronts on it.
Like we are trying to brainstorm ways and just have nothing, so I’m just curious if anyone uses it for that and wants to share how they do it or if anyone has any ideas. It’s very appreciated!
Step 1: Add a board view.
Step 2: Delete the assign property.
Step 3: Edit the “Status” property and rename the 3 status to the following: To Learn, Needs Review, and Learned.
Step 4: Add a text property and rename to “Answer”.
Step 5: Add a checkbox property and rename to “Show?”
Step 6: Add a formula property and set the name to “Show Answer Formula”, select Edit Formula, and write this
if(Show? == true, Answer, “”)
Step 7: Click Settings, select Property Visibility and unhide the “Show?” and “Show Answer Formula” property.
Voila!

oh oh this is a fun thing that happened today!
i have been using notion to organise my school life for exactly 2 years now, and i’ve managed to optimise all of my notes and its organisation after using it for so long now
and today i was doing my notes as i usually do in biology, and i was scrolling through all my bio notes to find and its all labelled with chapter numbers, dates, organised with number assortment and colours!
and because we were answering practice questions, my teacher was walking around and looking at what we were writing, and she said “woahh wait let me look at this, this is so cool! what is it?”
and i got to excitedly show and tell her and my class the system ive been so proudly working on and perfecting for 2 years, and all the notes i made in y12 alone
and i told them about how if they all get on it, we can all share our notes, and collaborate, and my other friend said how she got influenced too!
and they said it was soo cool, its like onenote but better and it looked so professional!!
im so proud and im so happy that people think my shit looks cool :)
