You didn’t see this coming, but I am a true artist. Now is the perfect time to do everything to help me get my real self back. Information is available upon request.
In “Breaking Fast”, Dixie’s choice to serve breakfast for dinner causes nature to turn backward. In “Towel Diaries”, Butter is mislabeled as genius after taking a towel test. In “All the Presidents’ Pets”, three stories are presented about presidential pets. In the special story “Ice-terstellar”, the crew goes to Mr. Ximmerman’s “home planet” to give him clearance to reopen the Dairy*mar.
In “The Ascent of Brunswick”, Brunswick goes into the mud and has to go through every stage of evolution to get back to himself. In the very special story “Mad Astra”, all the pets head to space to save both Dixie and the earth from Miss Treat’s scheme for the final exam. (The first Dumpling Mix stories to really impress me; like, really blow me away.)
In “The Chickenjuring”, Brunswick gets the attention of a “poultry-geist” from the basement. In “Left for Bread”, Brunswick and Butter have to navigate back after the former eats the trail of bread crumbs. And in “Dad Man Watering”, Dixie’s and Brandy’s parents are pitted against each other over the right to cede the sprinkler to their kids. (Proper debut of Dixie’s and Brandy’s parents (except Dixie’s mom, who appeared earlier), and canonization of their names.)
In “Skunked 2: Money Never Skunks”, Brunswick gets stinked by a skunk that his old friends have met before. In “Brunswick’s Convenience”, Brunswick gets a job so he can be allowed in the store. In “Giraffic”, Brunswick goes among the giraffes to write a report on them. In “Jello Darlin’”, Dixie and Brunswick return from the apple orchard with universal jelly.
In the special story “Dixie Ball: Battle of Mud”, the pets help Dixie become a one-man mudball team for the championship, but more chaos ensues.
In “Sit-&-Stay-break”, Dixie reanimates Brunswick to do tricks. In “The Postal Express”, Brunswick and Butter rush to get the former’s wish list back from the mailman. And in “Believe in Stephen’s”, Butter covers for ruining Christmas by introducing the family to St. Stephen’s Day.
