Say Yes to the Stress

I really wish I knew what this graph was meant to look like. I’m guessing here.

I know we have a few folks in the group that got a 1-1, so they should know more than me over here in 2-1 land, but when we talk I feel like we are all blindly reading docs and papers.

Day 01/95 of my Masters in Education (1st semester)

Because I’m a Master’s student I only have a class per day, except one day, from monday to thursday. Today was my first day and it was okay despite the building being so old. The teacher was nice and I only have a semester-long-portfolio for that class. We’re also gonna work with German students for a project.

Okay. So, like I promised. Here is the story. Ummm, so let’s call him Mr. AJ. Let me start from the beginning. So, like, when I joined my master’s last year, he stood out among the many professors in my department. He is the only well-educated, well-read individual in the department mannn. Likee, OMG, Cillian Murphy was right. Intelligence is, in fact, so fucking sexy. Oh, and also, he teaches advanced macroecon. AND HE IS SOOO AMAZING AT IT! LIKE HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!!

Okay. So, about him. He’s married ofcourse. Has a 6 or 7 year old boy (which is soooooo cuteeee). He is 37 years old (HE IS 16 YEARS OLDER THAN MEEEEEEEEE). And, he’s soooo kind and sweet. I’ve never seen him angry at all (he was concerned once ig? but he wasn’t angry, but omg he was sooo hot- more on this on the next post). The only thing I hate about him is that he is actually very kind, so other professors in the department take away his hours when they are running short on time to complete the syllabus. But what they don’t see is that he, too, is lagging behind. He already took a semester, and now he is continuing to take the subject. And, I have to thank God for this because he is the only one who can explain something without making you feel stupid. Like, idk how someone can be that humble. You could ask the stupidest question, and he’ll patiently explain it to you by coming to your level (he is such a sweetheart). All of my classmates love him. Why? All the students, even the ones doing their bachelors, love him toooooo.

Also, when it was exam season, he’d say he’d send study materials. But, guess what? He sends it late evening before the day of the exam (last sem, he sent it at 6am when the exam was at 10.30 am). Typical professor behaviour, but idc man. I’m in love (or let me dream at least). He is super professional (just my way of saying that he is so hot when he is in his element).

So, fast forward to this sem, when I knew that he was going to take macro again, I was the happiest kid in class, I was smiling in his class, and he gestured to me ‘what happened’? And I was vigorously shaking my head, gesturing 'nothing’, when I was actually blushing so hard. He is just super charming. Before the Christmas holidays, we had a small celebration in the department, and my senior told me that his birthday is actually on the day after Christmas. I remember running up to him and wishing him with a couple of my friends and being all giggly. Istg, he had the most cutest smile (he always does). And before the celebrations began, I wished him outside the department (yet again, he was cutely smiling). And after the celebrations and cake cutting, I had gone to wash my hands, when I came out of the restroom, he was there again, and my senior was like 'WISH HIM’. And I was like, 'I’m so sorry, my hands are wet’ and was wiping my hands on my dress, and then he was like 'that’s okay’ and shook my hands (hehehehe you have no idea how hard I was blushing).

Yeah. So, that’s him. I’ll post more stories when I get time.
