Finished a chapter today which was great, but now I can’t sleep and the keyboard calls to me.

Dinner tonight: the curry noodle soup from the recipe on here
I added some steamed tofu and I’m glad i did it was needed. It was yummy and if/when I make again I’d definitely add more steamed veggies. And hopefully can get the soap base more consistent

Id planned on walking to work at some point today (figured I’d feel well enough eventually) so I could at least get some things set for tomorrow since I likely won’t be in church but
I’m just sitting . So dizzy. My chest hurts and is too much abd headache ia getting bad agIn. Ears fele muffled and can barely see strighr. I think

Dinner the last few nights
Thursday: chili noodles (from momofuku not my own) with hard boiled eggs
Friday: pesto pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and vegan sausage cooked in the tomato oil
Was just trying to make do since when I was going to get groceries I realized I only had 2/3 more nights in town
On my way to the airport now to visit my parents. Hopefully I can eat semi well when I’m there, definitely need to find ways to not eat as much meat

Tonight’s dinner: pineapple sweet and sour salmon with veggie fried rice
So good and very needed today was ASS work got so busy and did not slow down. They worked tf outta her she can barely smile!!
