Mood of the day 💡Why is this « stay toxic » trend taking over social media? Why are so many of y’all out here deliberately choosing to stay toxic ? It’s no wonder this world is mad and everybody’s out here hurting each other…your words are your spells, that’s why it’s called SPELLING. Each time you use that hashtag or say it out loud you’re manifesting a toxic mindset and toxic behaviours from you, which are only going to bring you that kind of energy in return. Does that really sound enjoyable to you? How about we try something new here:

I think the best thing I ever did in my adult life was start digging deep and asking myself why I am the way I am and do things the way I do. It takes a ton of work and intentionality, but getting to know yourself on a deeper level will help you thrive.
