♦ — In this verse, I think Daenerys takes after her father quite a bit… at least when it comes to her personality and ideals. That is not to say she doesn’t also have things in common with her mother, she absolutely does which I will expound on in the next hc symbol, but she loves to read and absorb knowledge — she enjoys being the smartest of her peers in conversations and having the ability to outwit most men that dare to seek her hand. There is no way any boy seeking a wife can live up to her father, nor does she want another in her life aside from him and her brothers.
♢ — Jena and Daenerys have a very strong relationship, learning pretty much everything about etiquette and how to behave as a proper princess of the the realm… but more than that, I feel as if they are more best friends than mother and daughter. I think that Dany tells her damn near everything, especially concerning the matters she can’t talk to her father or brothers about. I think their bonding over a love of animals and archery does help strengthen that too, which I adore the idea of them doing that almost daily as much as their duties to the house will allow.
