While I also hate Kingfisher at times, there’s something fun about playing a card there that’s super strong. Leshy wants to hit me with a kingfisher? Okay. Mantis god in that lane. Toss down a coyote. Heck, if I have a good ouroborus, it’s going there, because that’s just free damage. Cats, which are best for going on the board and staying there despite low health. Alpha, if it’s not in the far lanes. It’s annoying, absolutely, but you can use how it makes one spot nearly invulnerable (I’ve never seen Leshy play a mantis or a mantis god, so it’s only gonna get attacked if he’s got a hefty sigil somewhere) to play a glass canon.
My favorite stategy, though, will always be to place a cuckoo bird in front of something I don’t want to spawn. Broken egg, my beloved.

I had beaten Leshy 5 times in a row without dying with overpowered bifurcation strike wolf cards and then got a shit choice of cards on my 6th run and it’s been going downhill since.

entirely possible? i mean my weirdass dream logic is already weird enough as is (see; time loop shapeshifter scooby-doo jesus phone dream, and the fruitful yield dream), so the possibility of me knowing that Red p03 (r03 for short?) was a good guy in the context of the dream is possible
