Hey! Here’s a quick video of my last #overheadpress set of 90x5 without a belt. It was also considerably easier to do than it’s been in a while. And once again I m pretty sure it has to do with my increased #strength in terms of #legdrive. Is leg drive EVERYTHING? Of course it’s not; but I find it to be a big piece of the equation, as press any weight relative to you over your head requires #fullbodystrength and #corestrength. This is why I train legs more than once a week, as well as why I perform #weightedbackextensions at the start of every session. Feel free to message me either down below or via DM with any questions!

This is how we finish a week 🔥🔥—> 📢 Let me tell you about this one…..looks pretty simple right?
More like simply #horrendous as @bodyrocktv_lisamarie would say! This definitely finished me off for the week Lisa!! 😘
👉🏼 Breakdown:
We started with the goblet squats for 50 seconds, then added on each of the next 7 moves one round at a time for a total of 8 rounds. We finished with one more set each of dumbbell rows (l & r) and chest presses for about a 50
minute killer strength workout.
I have never used 25 lb dumbbells each side, but I did today (and 20 lb per side on my bar)! 🙌🏼

These were my results on the Strength section:
✔️Clean&Press 12-12-12 (20lbs on each side) 🏋️ This was the hardest one for me
✔️Squats 24-27-28 (20lbs on each side)
✔️Wall Burpees 19-19-20
✔️ Push-ups 23-25-27 (I did them on my knees cause my left wrist is hurting)
✔️Bicep Curls 27-30-30 (10lbs on each side)
✔️Tricep Dips 20-23-25 (hands on 1 challenger bar and elevated legs on the other)
✔️Shoulder Press 24-27-30 (10lbs on each side)
✔️Rows 35-38-40 (10lbs on each side)
✔️Tuck abs 19-21-24 (on the floor)
*Plus the 10lb vest during the entire workout*

Wow this workout really pushed me to my limits…!!! 😳 I thought about quitting so many times BUT I didn’t! 😁 and that’s what counts.

I gotta say I really loved this workout!!! It doesn’t feel like you just did 1,000 reps 😅
I decided to use both vests (except for Push-ups) cause it had a lot of leg moves & I’m so glad I did 😉

This will be my last workout for the next 2 weeks 😭 I just got one of my wisdom teeth removed & I can’t workout…👎 I hope I don’t struggle a lot to get back on track 😟
Good thing is that all I can eat today is ice cream 😊🍨🍦🍧 (Dr’s recommendation) haha
