Did the Hero WOD Tommy Mac this morning with @ben10green @crossfit_southeast_witham.
This is a barbell workout that involves a lot of burpees and the weight on the bar stays the same through out.
Weight for ladies is 35kg and mens is 52.5kg.
The workout is as follows;
2 rounds for time of:
💪12 burpees
💪12 thrusters
💪 12 burpees
💪12 power snatches
💪12 burpees
💪12 push jerks
💪12 burpees
💪 12 hang squat cleans
💪 12 burpees
💪 12 overhead squats
I couldn’t upload the whole video as the first round alone took me about 18 mins 🙈🙈🙈 I took 40 mins to complete the whole WOD.
But I tried my best to retain my form and that is hard towards the end of an intense workout.
I did this workout fasted to burn more fat.
I will be practicing my overhead squats on a regular basis and I really want to develop my upper body strength further. You got to have goals!
