Consistency is key !

That’s what I keep reminding myself.

Exercise hasn’t been a part of my life for such a long time so I’ve started walking everyday now for the last few months !!

My dog is super happy about this ! Even though the last few days have been challenging 😥 With the heat. I’ve found early evening walks are enjoyable during this heatwave we are experiencing in Perth.

Slowly I’m introducing weights back into my life too! Slowly to build new habits and then they will last!

As an impatient girl I always expect results fast but I just have to keep reminding myself consistency is key !
