Cavan fully exploits his workers. He controls their housing, their jobs, their pay AND rent. A lot of them he’s the one who got them into pride and for others the work will be why they die. Chewed up and spit out as work fodder for overlords and sinners

He also funnels a LOT of his cheap labor to the Vees specifically, always gets Buisness with them. Other overlords don’t hire out as consistently so the repertoire isn’t the same
