Обновленный генератор Seedance 2.0 пока доступен пользователям в Китае, а в ближайшее время должен появиться в международной версии приложения CapCut.
Seedance 2.0 позволяет создавать короткие видеоролики по текстовому запросу. Однако, как и другие подобные инструменты, сервис подвергся критике из-за слабых ограничений, позволяющих использовать образы реальных людей и интеллектуальную собственность киностудий.
Поводом для скандала стал ролик, опубликованный в соцсетях, в котором Том Круз сражается с Брэдом Питтом. Автор утверждал, что видео было создано всего с помощью «двух строк запроса».
Глава ассоциации Motion Picture Association Чарльз Ривкин потребовал от ByteDance немедленно прекратить «незаконную деятельность».
– Китайский ИИ-сервис Seedance 2.0 использовал защищенные авторским правом произведения без разрешения правообладателей, – заявил Ривкин. – Запуск сервиса без серьезных механизмов защиты подрывает основы законодательства об интеллектуальной собственности.
Disney уже направила ByteDance письмо с требованием прекратить использование ее интеллектуальной собственности. В документе действия компании названы «виртуальным грабежом» и «захватом персонажей путем создания и распространения производных произведений».
Эксперты отмечают, что конфликт вокруг Seedance 2.0 может стать одним из самых громких юридических споров в сфере генеративного видео и ускорить принятие новых правил регулирования ИИ в индустрии развлечений.
