Fuck my life
Got in a minor accident after hitting a patch of black ice on the highway this morning.
Side swiped the concrete barrier on my driver side. Fucked up my wheel and fender and got a concussion.
While trying to call my insurance agent i got routed by the AI to some other country’s call center instead of my local agent.
Without even seeing a picture of my car they decided my car was a total loss and scheduled a tow truck to take it to an auction house!
Ive been busy in the ER with my concussion for 5 hours and now I’m trying to get a LIVING PERSON IN MY STATE on the phone to cancel that auction house and send my car to my preferred mechanic!
