Una soluzione chiavi in mano per processi di ispezione visuale e dimensionali in fabbrica, con tempi e costi di sviluppo ridotti. E’ questa l’idea, l’incontro tra hardware e software che vede da un lato Advantech, realtà attiva nella fornitura di computer industriali, dall’altra ATS Global, fornitore di soluzioni per la Smart Digital Transformation.
Si tratta di una soluzione all-in-one per processi di ispezione visiva e riparazione. La nuova Solution Ready Package (SRP) per il controllo di qualità è sviluppata con hardware di Advantech e software di ATS Global, nell’ottica della strategia di Co-Creation lanciata da Advantech nel 2018. La collaborazione fra le due aziende è nata in Italia ed è ora in fase di implementazione su scala europea.
La nuova SRP è composta da server industriali e pannelli HMI di Advantech, abbinati al software ATS Inspect con un anno di Software Management Agreement (SMA) e tutte le attività di supporto necessarie per la messa in servizio. In particolare, Advantech ha messo a disposizione il PC industriale modulare compatto MIC-7900, il pannello modulare TPC-5000 e il gateway UNO-2271.
“Advantech e ATS Global hanno unito le proprie competenze per integrare in un’unica soluzione un pacchetto ready-to-go per la gestione della qualità digitale in ambito manifatturiero a supporto dell’efficienza produttiva,” spiega Dario Nacawa, IIoT Sales Manager Italy & Iberia di Advantech.
Soluzione chiavi in mano per ispezioni visive
La soluzione congiunta di Advantech e ATS Global offre funzionalità e vantaggi, a partire dalla rapida verifica della fattibilità (Proof of Concept), poiché non è richiesto alcun lavoro aggiuntivo per sviluppare e implementare l’applicazione. La SRP registra ogni singolo difetto che si verifica durante il processo produttivo, aumenta la precisione nella raccolta dei dati di qualità ed effettua tale raccolta automaticamente attraverso i gateway di comunicazione industriali di Advantech. “Il mercato è sempre più veloce e competitivo, richiedendo miglioramenti qualitativi e allo stesso tempo ROI (Return On Investment) rapidi,” sottolinea Marco Zampolli, IIoT Solution Architect & Senior PSM di Advantech.
La Solution Ready Package è destinata a tutte le aziende manifatturiere che producono qualsiasi oggetto che possa essere sottoposto a controlli visuali e dimensionali, produzioni con volumi bassi e valore elevato. I principali mercati di applicazione sono la manifattura intelligente, l’automobilistico e l’aerospaziale.
