Are you sure it was a synthetic cannabinoid ? THC can also cause serotonin syndrome when mixed with other medications (ssris, triptans, etc). If that’s the case you might be better off avoiding weed altogether in the future. If it WAS synthetic, for sure avoid those in the future and also that smoke shop. I’m assuming by blue lotus you mean Nymphaea caerulea and not a weed strain ?
