Today, the County in which I live ran a free “hazardous materials” drop-off. You had to pre-register, and there was a list of things they would and would not accept. I was able to get rid of all of this that been taking up space in my garage. It had all been there over five years. Left by my ex. I hadn’t used any of it. I’m glad to be rid of it all. There’s still some other stuff that needs to go. Small steps…

Gestern habe ich medizinischer Eingriff (medical procedure) an meinem linken Fuß. Jetzt kann ich über einen Monat lang nicht ins Schwimmbad gehen 😭 Ich bin traurig. Mir ging es immer besser. Jetzt wird der Fortschritt gestoppt.
