and here we have, whether he meant it to be or not, an excellent argument for constitutional carry

I’ll be ordering a custom holster for my Canik SFx Rival-S soon, so I took some pics for an imgur gallery, to include in my order notes.
Falco does not yet have the Olight PL-X as a listed option for their light-bearing holsters, so I’ll need to choose the “custom light/laser” option and then specify what I have in the order notes. I hope there isn’t any issue in doing it this way.
The custom Kydex duty holster for my Beretta arrives tomorrow. Once I am sure that I made the choice in it, I’ll be ordering one for my Canik. Of course, I’ll post pics once it arrives.
Three killed in mass shooting on West Sixth Street in Austin
With all the craziness in the world, it’s easy to forget that the US is constantly on the verge of a mass casualty event, everywhere at any time.
This is a little video I created when unboxing my KA-BAR U.S.M.C. fighting knife. @colbjallen8334 on YouTube mentioned that it doesn’t come with any attachment for molle, and he is correct, but there is a molle adaptor that can be had for only a few dollars that will allow you to mount a range of things to your molle webbing. So, I made this post for him.

So… That’s it there. Just basically a Velcro flap on a backing with two molle straps. Whatever can fit in the flap can be secured to molle webbing.

Here, the Velcro flap is just secured over the Kydex sheath, so you have a mid-point type attachment.

Here, the Velcro flap is secured over the belt-loop for a higher attachment point. The open slots and holes on the Kydex can also be used to lash the sheath to molle webbing with paracord.

Here, the Velcro flap is secured through the belt loop. Again, offering a high-point attachment to molle webbing, and the lower end can be prevented from flapping around with some paracord lashing or a second molle adaptor.

And then, lastly: A pic of the backside showing the two molle straps, with the adaptor Velcroed through the belt-loop. Two of these molle adaptors could but used, one high and one low, to doubly secure the Kydex sheath to your molle webbing. And then, it is quickly released by just opening the Velcro so the entire sheath can be moved to your belt, without having to de-molle it.
It is a little disappointing that KA-BAR didn’t include molle-means as an integral part of the Kydex sheath, but with this little molle adaptor, it can be worked out and secured fast to your molle webbing.
