i genuinely love ninijou so much my heart constantly miss them. they are the ones who truly knows me in and out and there was never a time we judged each other TT. they made me experience what a real friendship is — what it felt to hangout everytime after school , what it felt like having girls by my side who is as weird and artistic as me , what it felt like having real friends by my side.
there isn’t a day where i wish we all could’ve hang out more before leaving ph but hey, despite our distance now , they remain closest to my heart :~). i love them so much, honestly i do
i wouldn’t really mind showering w nnj even though it’s awkward if it meant taking care of each other TT . . waaahhh im crying i love my niniz so much huhu <3
“I gave some thought to this guy whose weak point I couldn’t find. I love, therefore I suffer; I love, therefore I shoulder sadness and live with a bunch of feelings…and ∴ I just live it out. QED.”
it’s been two years of tsumigram! thank you for staying with me.
Kouta: …Huh? Toa: You’ve been staring into nothing for quite a while. What are you thinking about? Kouta: …Um… I don’t know… I forgot once you called out to me. Toa: It happens. Kouta: …How do you keep attentive to people around you…? I’m kind of envious. Toa: You’re also attentive. Kouta: Well, the way I approach it, is like… I only care about the feelings of others as long as it might concern me personally… you know. But the way you care about others, kind of comes naturally to you… Toa: Nah. I can’t stand seeing people crying because I think there must be some sort of my fault in that. Causing it or ignoring it. Or, “if I calm them down, they will totally like me”. But I would hate dealing with their personal feelings. Kouta: Mu—… Toa: Ahh, well, sorry for being depressing. If you want advice… Don’t do more than what’s asked of you, but try your best when you’re asked, is what I’d say.
There was a different warden. He used to be my friend before the prison.
The structure of the Panopticon has changed in this trial. The two locked prison cells are still here. Chise found a secret door that wasn’t here before. There’s a stairway behind it, but it’s so dark that it’s impossible to see where it leads.
Among the prisoners, there are a few people whose memories point at them being dead. But I think it’s likely that everyone is dead here. All of us have committed “crimes”, but some are also murder victims.
The name of the prison, “TRIANTHA”, is the name of a genus of flowering plants. The common name for the plants of this genus is “false asphodel”. Asphodel is commonly associated with death, mourning, rebirth, and afterlife, and used for funerals and memorials. Asphodel’s meanings in flower language are “My regrets follow you to the grave”, “I belong to you”, "I will believe in you for the rest of my life”, and "modesty“. Triantha’s meanings in flower language are “gratitude” and “sincerity”. Asphodel Meadows is a location in Greek mythology. It’s a section of the underworld where ordinary souls, neither righteous and therefore rewarded, nor vicious and therefore punished, are sent to live after death. It’s definitely not something you learn at school, but somehow I was able to bring this knowledge out of somewhere. I wonder just how many people are reading my reports when I can’t see?
There’s a girl similar to me appearing in Kouta’s memories. Though I don’t remember ever being to a university… Hiiro might have been a part of Miku’s group, or maybe Hotaru. Miku’s memories mention a dark-haired girl that might be someone out of these. Hiiro’s and Hotaru’s memories also mention a girl with dark long hair — might be me. Again, the only problem is that our ages don’t align. Well, who knows what’s really going on with age in this place. Kai might have known Remi, Ayame, or me. Her memories mention a girl younger than her, and based on her appearance and behavior, it might be someone out of us three. Considering how hostile Kai is towards me, shouldn’t it be me?
012 & 016
Dissociative
His answers in this trial’s written interrogation were written by Toa.
Victim Savior
Victim/Perpetrator: He’s both the murderer and the victim of his murder. Perpetrator: His suicide had some malicious intent to it. He noted that being a Perpetrator (socially isolated) seems comfortable. Savior: He would be able to empathize with Victims and treat them with respect. With his “crime”, he saved himself from the suffering.
Bad at direct communication because she wants to avoid rejection
Feels haunted and invaded by personal relationships, thinks that they will end and harm everyone involved no matter what you do
Even when the person fades away from her memory, associations with them stay with her to remind of them, such as the paintings she creates.
Honesty is important to her. She hates when people are being insincere or can’t make up their minds.
Victim: She didn’t do any physical violence, and she was a victim of her past friend faking suicide. Since I already decided Kouta to be a Savior, they could stay paired this way. Perpetrator: Abusive and influenced another person’s suicide Savior:
Victim
Kouta’s crime is rail suicide. His motive was gaining a sense of agency, with an intent to harm Kai to some point.
Kai has two victims, Kouta and her past friend.
She says that she strangled her victims but the crime that got her in TRIANTHA is not being able to stop Kouta’s suicide. Although she also directly influenced it. She knew that Kouta is planning suicide before it happened.
Kouta was friends with Kai’s other victim.
Kai’s past friend constantly put herself in dangerous situations. At some point, she faked her suicide to see if Kai cared for her, but came back eventually. Kouta knows this story, and Kai probably found out that her past friend didn’t actually die from him. It’s unclear what happened after this.
013 & 017
Seems to have the outline of her memories, but not the feelings associated with them
Victim/Savior: She sacrificed herself for Ayame a lot Perpetrator: Very controlling and sees other people as objects to entertain her Savior-ness
She believes that she “chose” to be in pain that her partner inflicted on her. He was at least emotionally, and possibly sexually abusive.
Her partner was an internet blogger of sorts. She lived together with him. His name is Susumu Tsuchida.
Her answers in this trial’s written interrogation were written by Remi and Chise.
Why specifically did she kill him? Did something happen to make her snap?
Victim: She’s objectively a victim and suffered from her partner. However, she doesn’t want to be seen as merely a victim, and being one can continue to reinforce her selfishness. Perpetrator: She genuinely believes herself to be the perpetrator, and she emotionally hurt Remi Savior: Having someone to take care of might help her find a new life purpose
Savior
Used to be internet friends. Later, Ayame moved somewhere closer to Remi, and their friendship moved to real life.
Remi felt abandoned because of Ayame having a boyfriend.
Ayame’s crime is killing her boyfriend in the heat of the moment. The circumstances or her motive are unknown, although it might be that she just had enough of how he treated her.
When it happened, she panicked and tried to get Remi to help her get rid of the body, but something happened between them which led to Ayame’s death.
Remi’s crime is drowning Ayame. Her motive is taking revenge.
014 & 015
Ran away from home and lived with a group of other kids who were also runaways.
Puts family-based rules and expectations onto older people such as Kai and Hotaru.
What’s going on with his family situation and the friend group?
Switches between seeing himself as more mature than adults and finding all adults unreliable, and presenting himself as powerless and very child-like to avoid responsibility.
His answers in this trial’s written interrogation were written by Remi and Chise.
Victim: Has not been given power over his life and decisions Perpetrator: Emotional vampire, uses others and discards them Savior: Maybe he could learn some responsibility
Perpetrator Victim Victim Perpetrator Perpetrator
Concerned about privacy, but hates being alone with himself. Feels unable to connect to people, might have been ostracized.
Dissociative.
His speech in this trial is very formal and serious. Apparently it’s the stress from the perpetrator verdict and the isolation.
People tend to perceive him as weird, suspicious or insincere no matter what he does.
He dealt a lot with dehumanization, and perceives himself as robotic.
Victim: I don’t want to force him back into caring for others, and it seems like he has been hurt by other people a lot Perpetrator: Savior: He takes care of others, and with this verdict he could do what he wants freely
Savior
Toa’s crime is him not saving a person from death when he could do it. His victim might be Miku, or a person killed by Miku.
Toa was physically harmed, or might even be a murder victim. It’s unclear who out of them is the murderer and who is the victim of another.
Miku’s crime is killing someone for his social group. He was given a task/order by them to stay a part of the group. It’s unclear who his victim is. But maybe it’s someone who wanted to leave the group and report them to the authorities.
Some parts of Miku’s memories imply that he wasn’t actually forced to do it as much as he presents it. He likes to take out anger on other people, especially if there’s a possibility of them leaving him.
018 & 019
Sorts people through their internal hierarchies and has designated themselves as someone at the bottom of the hierarchy
Got colder with me in this trial because they see me as having power over them
Real surname is Yoshimatsu
Victim: Still the only one that fits Perpetrator: They feel powerless/at the bottom of the hierarchy, so maybe they would like to be acknowledged as someone with power to do harm. Savior:
Victim
Has an us vs. them mentality and quickly jumps to judging people
Her family insisted that she appears/acts feminine. Was bullied for being a boyish girl. Generally scared of society.
Tries to stay out of the system/rebel against it, but gets viewed as a perpetrator. Was a scapegoat. Her group turned on her.
Victim: Victim of society and possibly abusive household, was likely killed or framed for murder Perpetrator: Involved with group bullying Savior: Used to take care of people younger than her in the past
Perpetrator Victim
Went to the same university
Hotaru’s crime is an attempt at murder-suicide. They tried to push someone off the rooftop, but either their victim didn’t die, or they died instead. Their victim is someone who had power over them, a bully or a friend of sorts. Their motive is revenge and an intent to become equal in death.
Hiiro has a connection to Hotaru’s crime. She either killed them through pushing them off the rooftop, was killed by them through being pushed, or was framed for murder.
020
Frames herself as a savior and the creator of her “chosen one”.
Views saviorhood as something where one has to get their hands dirty to keep something else safe.
Perpetrator Savior Perpetrator
Savior: Victim: Was emotionally used by her “chosen one” Perpetrator: Controlling, very arrogant, disrespectful towards others
Chise’s victim was my friend. Her motive was jealousy and thinking that he was hurting me.
Chise was my victim. I did it to escape her.
Chise followed us when me and the said friend were taking a walk out at night. She died by falling off the bridge into the water.
I’d enjoy those future sex offender ageplay people more if they said shit like you’re mommy’s 40 year old basement dweller get the fuck out of my house
