“No, no! Not now, goddamn it!” Anya smacked her hand on the dashboard, which was showing her bad news. The check engine light had come on out of nowhere, and before she knew it her car had stuttered into a complete standstill on the side of the road. “Great, just great,” she griped. 

Her 2005 Chevy Impala always seemed to have one issue or the other. In the past year, the alternator had given up, then the air-conditioning had died on her, and now it was obviously the engine’s turn. The car was just a goddamn mess, and her former quack of a mechanic hadn’t helped matters either. But berating him was not going to solve her current dilemma. She still had a couple more errands to run, and she was yet to get her grocery shopping done. But now, the car wouldn’t crank anymore, and worse, it was a Sunday. She didn’t know many service stations that were open on Sundays.

You unfollowed me and I found that shady cuz we’ve never had bad energy towards each other. But as I can see on your blog, that’s not the case for you. So I blocked you to keep the energy away from me. But I’ve unblocked you to address these lies you’ve been spreading about me.

1. You called me a user when it was you who reached to me to collab on the Roman story based on an ask that I got. And I agreed because I liked you and thought it would be fun to work together.

2. You said I dumped you when in fact I sent you multiple emails explaining why I felt the need to step away from the story and told you you could continue with it or not. You chose to continue and I applauded you for it because you were much more in love with the story at that point than I was. I thought you did a fantastic job with it.

3. You said I abandoned you when in fact we stayed in touch for months after I stepped away from the story. Our last conversation on here was in March of last year. We fell out of communication naturally, there was never any beef. So imagine my surprise to see all the hate you fostered for me on your blog.

I will not be blocking you again because I want you to respond to this. I don’t think it’s fair how you try to drag my name over something that never happened.

Yes, I felt like you were leaving me high and dry and I was foolish to try and be diplomatic about it, even defending you when people kept sending me asks saying you left me alone to finish it on my own.

The change I felt really came when Roman said he supported Trump. We were all unhappy, but your response and your response to others about it didn’t sit right with me. And you seemingly went on and on about it. That is why I eventually unfollowed you.

I deleted the asks I spoke about, but the person’s tone felt eerily like yours, especially after I’d seen your reaction to Roman. Same words, same style of writing.
