Is there a fandom symbol for family yet?

Like X and / are for ships and & is for platonic relationships, is there one for family/found family dynamics?

Because it isn’t always tagged in a way that’s easy to find.

I didn’t know this but you can’t post drawings on AO3, you have to embed them.

Which means you have to post them somewhere else.

So like…where do people post their NSFW drawings before embedding them on AO3?

I’d thought of posting them on Tumblr but you can’t do it if the drawing is sexual so like idk where to post them.

Question because I’ve never written or read whump in my life :

Me : Writes a fic where the whole point is a specific scene, if that scene doesn’t happen the fic doesn’t work.

The scene once reached the moment when it was supposed to happen : Doesn’t fit the fic no more.

Me : Desperate, spends hours thinking on how to fix it.

Me later : Finds a way.

Me immediately after : Decides to develop the story some more before adding the scene, making the scene not fit the fic once again while the fic still needs that scene to happen to work.

Ok so what the hell.

I rewatched Hook for the ∞th time and now not only I like Rufio but I decided that he and Hook need to form an almost father-son bond pre-movie.

Yes I know Hook killed Rufio, but I stand by the fact that it looks like the fight was choreographed to make it be an accident and that they forgot to show Hook’s reaction to killing Rufio or cut it out.

Me this morning : “Imma write a fic that is a romcom with juuuuust a sprinkle of angst. And it’ll have a happy ending of course!”

How it’s going : Lotsa angst, the comedy refuses to show up, the romance is packing its things and leaving and the happy ending is looking suspiciously like a neutral ending.

Like COME ON!

Me : “Oh yeah I hate writing angst and sad stuff, I only write funny fluffy stuff!”

Also me : Every WIP I’ve been working on for the past 5 years is literally angst galore. Angst with happy ending and funny bits, but still lotsa angst. I literally only have ONE WIP that’s just crack fluff and that’s where all the “no angst allowed” tokens went.

Also me rn : “Ok but what if enemies to lovers…with Hero’s ghost? Like what if Villain realises his feelings for Hero only once he sees Hero’s corpse, once he has the dawning realization that Hero is truly gone? What if Hero’s wrathful ghost starts haunting him and it’s chapters upon chapters of one-sided hatred vs one-sided love? What if when they start getting together Villain is a guiltridden heartbroken mess and Hero is still angry and full of hatred and he both loathes Villain and despises himself for wanting to kiss Villain’s tears away?”
