Most of trial 2 is everyone getting mad at Hajime not understanding who everyone is.

I love that you can actively see Cloud confused but curious why Aerith talks to flowers and instead of judging takes the time to question her to understand her mindset and the things she does. He wants to connect with others; he sees Aerith as someone to idolise in this regard.
A major aspect of Aerith’s character that appeals to me is that, yes, she’s kind and empathetic but still not afraid to speak her mind and make fun of others, she represses a lot of her true feelings but doesn’t want to hide who she really is as a person despite that.

Aerith’s serene expression when talking to her flowers, who were her only comfort and place she could express her inner thoughts too, finally happy that she met someone she could be comfortable around again and like an acceptance to finally be herself no matter the consequences.

Hajime requesting his virtual self to aura farm to make up for how little he got to look cool beforehand.

Angeal is such a tragic character when you think about it because he kept blaming himself for the suffering of those around him that he cared for which brought about his own downward spiral out of guilt and self loathing feeling he can only be a sacrifice to those he cares for.
I love that Nagito doesn’t even have to try to get under other people’s skin. Natural rage baiter.
