✨🦢✨Here to a new chapter,

For the first time in ages, I drew something for myself, for a story I have been developing for the last year. I honestly am so happy to be able to work on something for the pure joy of it and have no expectations of success or failure which in my opinion gave me more freedom to really see what I wanted to do and how I wanted to draw. I’m happier and more hyped than ever to explore their world and play with snowy landscapes .

While still deciding on a title, this story is a love letter to my craft and to myself. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

(Also thank you everyone for all the love you showed on my Notre Dame de Paris portfolio!)

SPARK Matrix™ Report on Low Code Application Development Platforms Driving Business Agility

The way organizations build applications is undergoing a transformative shift, especially with the growing influence of SPARK Matrix Low Code Application Development Platform for Business Developers. These platforms empower both professional developers and business users to build applications faster, more efficiently, and with fewer technical barriers. At their core, LCAD platforms are designed to simplify the development lifecycle—enabling design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance without the need for complex coding.

Low-code technology offers an intuitive, visual approach to application creation, allowing organizations to speed up development while maintaining quality, security, and scalability. As enterprises continue their journey toward digital transformation, low-code platforms are proving instrumental in reducing dependency on traditional development teams and democratizing the application development process.

What Makes Low-Code Platforms a Game Changer?

Low-code application development platforms introduce a graphical user interface that allows developers to visualize the entire application flow. This visual development environment—a combination of drag-and-drop components, pre-built modules, and workflow mapping—reduces manual coding efforts significantly.

One of the most prominent advantages of LCAD platforms is their drag-and-drop functionality. Users can select pre-built function blocks and place them within the development interface to assemble applications quickly. This simplifies everything from UI creation to backend logic and workflow automation. In addition, many modern platforms integrate advanced AI assistance powered by large language models (LLMs). These AI features provide code suggestions, generate snippets, and recommend the next best steps, helping developers accelerate their development cycles with higher precision.

By minimizing complex coding, low-code platforms enhance convenience, reduce development time, and support secure and standardized application building practices. Whether creating small departmental tools or enterprise-grade applications, businesses benefit from improved agility and faster innovation cycles.

LCAD Market Landscape and Vendor Differentiation

QKS Group’s Low-Code Application Development (LCAD) market research provides an in-depth global analysis of leading vendors, highlighting their product capabilities, functionalities, and differentiating factors. With digital transformation accelerating across industries, understanding the strengths and unique offerings of each LCAD provider has become essential for enterprises and technology partners alike.

The research includes an extensive vendor assessment using the proprietary SPARK Matrix Low Code Application Development Platform for Business Developers methodology. This framework is designed to assess technology excellence, customer impact, and market presence. Through SPARK Matrix, vendors are ranked and positioned based on their innovation, strategic vision, functional richness, ease of use, deployment flexibility, and overall value offered to business users and developers.

The SPARK Matrix analysis includes evaluation of globally recognized LCAD vendors such as: AgilePoint, Appian, AuraQuantic, Betty Blocks, Caspio, Claris, Creatio, Google Appsheet, HCLSoftware, Infor, Jitterbit, Kintone, Kissflow, Mendix, Microsoft, Oracle Visual Builder, Quickbase, Quixy, Salesforce, WaveMaker, and Zoho.

These vendors contribute to a rapidly expanding low-code ecosystem that supports diverse use cases—from workflow automation and process digitization to enterprise-grade application development and industry-specific solutions.

Driving Digital Transformation with Low-Code Platforms

Low-code platforms are reshaping the approach to enterprise software creation by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Traditionally, software development depended heavily on IT teams and time-intensive coding practices. However, as organizations face resource constraints, fast-changing customer demands, and rising expectations for digital innovation, low-code solutions offer a viable path forward.

By combining visual development environments with embedded business logic, integrations, and automation capabilities, low-code platforms enable business developers—non-technical users with domain expertise—to create sophisticated applications. This democratization of development allows organizations to:

1. Accelerate Solution Delivery

Projects that once took months can now be deployed in weeks or even days. The ability to quickly design and iterate allows organizations to respond faster to market needs.

2. Reduce IT Backlogs

Low-code platforms alleviate pressure on IT teams, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives rather than routine app development requests.

3. Improve Collaboration Between IT and Business Units

With business users contributing directly to application development, teams align more effectively on requirements and implementation.

4. Enhance Agility and Innovation

Rapid prototyping and iterative development foster a culture of experimentation, enabling teams to innovate without long development cycles.

5. Ensure Governance and Security

Modern LCAD platforms incorporate built-in governance, compliance, and security controls, ensuring that applications adhere to enterprise standards.

The Future of Low-Code: A Catalyst for Scalable Innovation

As digital transformation continues to evolve, low-code platforms will play a pivotal role in enabling organizations to create flexible, resilient, and customer-centric solutions. With AI-driven development, enhanced integrations, and expanding libraries of pre-built components, LCAD platforms are becoming indispensable tools for enterprise innovation.

By empowering both technical and non-technical users, low-code solutions are reducing organizational dependency on traditional development, accelerating time-to-market, and enabling sustainable digital growth. Ultimately, low-code technologies are not just simplifying application development—they are redefining how enterprises innovate in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

✨La Fin✨

Ending with a quote from the book and the character sheet I did for the project before painting the keyframes.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years and many I met in the last couple of weeks. Your support and kind words mean the world. I have learned and sacrificed a lot throughout the whole period. It was a huge milestone in my artistic and personal life, which I’m honestly proud of accomplishing. I hope somehow this is enough of a proof of the quality of my work and get hired soon. You can find the full portfolio here.

Until then, I will be continuing to do work, possibly for personal projects, I have been meaning to develop for a while now but couldn’t find the time to do so with the whole portfolio project. Hope you enjoy the upcoming chapter of my art journey !💕

✨Attack on Notre Dame✨

The final keyframe I worked on for my portfolio. Loved working with the lighting. I wanted to portray the chaos and the grand presence of the cathedral itself; as if it’s a character in the story.

Another quiet thrill of the market visits was always the animals. Not just the usual pet shops or the aviary stalls—those were expected. But the toy animals… That’s where magic lived.

Here and there, sellers sat hunched in the cold, their goods proudly displayed on folding boards or cardboard trays: rubber centipedes, lizards, glossy beetles and spiders, mantises with crooked legs, and translucent snakes frozen mid-wriggle. Each one was a small, absurd treasure.

As a child, I could never understand the strange contrast between the vendor’s weary face and the wild, wondrous creatures he sold. Especially when those brightly colored tropical bugs—clearly born of jungles and sunlight—rested on cardboard among pigeons and snow.

-Props for Frollo’s Cell-

Was having too much fun by doing them, had to stop at some point to not overdo … It was so interesting to paint so many different styles of book bindings, skulls and bottles, little maximalist inside me is proud and wants to do more.

Candelabra Designs and Silhouettes

They’re one of the first designs I did for the project . I explored both rigid and curved designs, and ended up going with the more rigid styles to emphasize on Frollo’s character.

•Archdeacon’s Cell•

I had the pleasure of exploring the room design for Frollo, was such a learning experience from beginning to end. I incorporated many gothic elements along with themes of alchemy. The combination of candlelight and moonlight further enhanced to convey the moral dilemmas faced by the character.
