Drop the fluff, folks! 💥 When the debate hits a wall and feelings start spilling, strut in with that “Facts Don’t Care About Your Feelings” tee. Picture this: you’re at a family BBQ, Uncle Bob starts ranting—everyone’s cringing. You walk up, arms crossed, rocking this shirt like it’s armor, serving pure sass with a side of logic. Watch those jaws drop!

Dare to make facts your fashion statement. 😏

If you are unlucky enough to be living under the Fascist Trump administration.

You better be watching and don’t let your guard down. Be angry and dont give up. Besides the heinous ICE Gestapo, Frump is going after election ballots. Pay attention! He doesn’t want to leave the office and will do anything to keep and grow the fascist state.

If you claim to love USA and democracy, then you should be pissed!

Legacy Media is letting us down, the Fox propaganda machine is supporting, distorting and lying. And by the way, Fox is owned by a foreigner, so go figure for all you MAGA morons.

For factual information: democracy docket on YouTube. I don’t work for, not related to, get paid by, them. I just happen to like the truth and to make my decisions based on fact.

The Empowerment Lie: How Developers Got Sold a Dream While Their Paychecks Got Smaller

The Lie

They told us we were being “freed” from grunt work. What they didn’t tell us was that we were also being freed from stable income, predictable clients, and the dignity of being paid fairly for our time.

The Disruption That Wasn’t

  • No-code tools, AI copilots, and automation didn’t democratize development—they commoditized it.
  • The projects that once paid the bills—basic apps, websites, integrations—are now DIY or outsourced to bots.
  • Small clients expect enterprise results on a Fiverr budget.

The Empowerment Myth

  • “You get to solve harder problems now!” Translation: more stress, more ambiguity, same (or lower) pay.
  • The devs who preach this gospel are often sitting on SaaS revenue, cushy retainers, or monetized audiences.
  • They’re not wrong—they’re just not representative.

Now imagine telling a salesperson or business owner:

“Congratulations! All of your high-volume, high-margin ‘easy wins’ have been eliminated. From now on, you’ll focus exclusively on chasing the hardest-to-find clients, closing deals that take ten times the effort, and earning a smaller commission for your trouble.”

Do you honestly think their reaction would be to cheer about “empowerment”? Not a chance. You’d hear a string of four-letter words, not motivational slogans.

The Real Cost

  • Freelancers and consultants are being squeezed out of the middle.
  • Junior devs are entering a market that no longer values entry-level work.
  • Burnout is rising, not because the work is hard—but because the reward is shrinking.

The Pivot or Perish Dilemma

To survive, devs must either:

  • Go upmarket (enterprise clients, niche specialization)
  • Build their own products (and become marketers overnight)
  • Or leave the field entirely

If you’re one of the “empowered” few, great. But don’t confuse your privilege with progress. And if you’re still grinding, still adapting, still trying to find footing in a landscape that changed without warning—you’re not failing. You’re enduring.

The future of development isn’t about empowerment. It’s about reclaiming value. And that starts by calling out the lie.

Following off from all of my prior posts building up to this.

On Celeste’s Birthday, I remind everyone:

Celeste is a selfish and hedonistic person, and there is no justifying her double murder plot. In Trigger Happy Havoc, she became her worst self; she was a villain and I don’t deny that.

(Heck, I love it! Danganronpa villains are - usually - great!)

But with that said:

- She wasn’t plotting murder the whole time. She really was trying to lie herself into a sense of complacency with things like her “adapting” mantra and the nighttime rule, but midway through Chapter 3 she finally caved. This is one of several things detailed more in the manga.

- The money motive and her dream of a European castle with vampire servants wasn’t why she committed murder, though it was a contributing factor regarding the timing. Her falling into despair and fear for her life due to not being able to put her faith in Alter-Ego and thinking it was just going to cause another killing to occur was the actual reason why, something she blatantly lets slip as part of her final words. She just wanted to live, specifically as Celestia Ludenberg. Still selfish and putting her life (and her fantasy of being Celestia Ludenberg) above all else, but more nuanced than “I’m just a sociopath who likes rich things” which she put forward in order to not look vulnerable and pitied like an ordinary teenage girl….a lie way too many fans fell for hook, line and sinker despite Makoto (and Kyoko) seeing through it.

- She did care about her classmates deep down. The fact that she kept the secret of Alter-Ego from Monokuma and gave the key to it back to Kyoko before being executed rather than taking it to burn with her as revenge for them all exposing and voting for her is proof of that.

- The castle and vampire servants dream is perfunctory and performative, it doesn’t really matter where Celeste ends up (a yacht would have worked too) so long it’s a shelter from reality and the person she is deep down, Taeko Yasuhiro, whom she hates. As Tsumugi phrases it in UTDP: “You want to be a person you created in a world you created”. It’s heavily implied through official art that the reason she agreed to potentially live in Hope’s Peak Academy forever is because her classmates accepted her as both Celeste and as Taeko.

- She had her memory of two years’ worth of friendship and growing self-acceptance erased by Junko just like everyone else sans Mukuro. She would not have killed anyone if this had not happened, so per Makoto she and all other killers are not truly culpable for their crimes, and thus she is among those he mourns and holds survivor’s guilt over in Danganronpa 3.

- She legitimately hated Hifumi in the Killing Game and treated him terribly, but in the two years she couldn’t remember and in bonus modes like UTDP and USC (and also per Kodaka), they are genuinely close friends, which is why he is even privy to her real name.

- In said bonus modes, she is shown to be legitimately polite and sociable with most people. She only loses her temper or is rude and dismissive to others when provoked first.

- She wants nothing to do with Junko/Monokuma/Ultimate Despair.

- Her final Free Time Event hinted and School Mode confirmed that deep down she is shy and anxious about getting close to others because they might reject her, which is the true purpose behind her “ranking system” and keeping people at a distance with her aloof attitude.

- Kodaka confirmed that her stories about herself are lies since she gambles with luck and not skill, was jealous of Makoto, was “unable to be a complete villain”, her outward actions and statements tend to conceal different thoughts and ideas, and her Free Time Events were his personal favorite. He also likes her as a character and considers her to be charming.

- Her real self is like both leads of Ultra Despair Girls combined.

- She is a girlfailure play-acting a girlboss, not a real girlboss.

- She absolutely loves gyoza and her pet cat which she even feeds it to.

- Her sexuality is flexible, as official anime artists have drawn her with Kyoko and Chihiro.

- An official version of her, Makoto and Kyoko are a platonic throuple in Riichi City.

In sum: Celeste became an objectively terrible person in the Killing Game, but she’s far more complex of a character than just that. Reducing her to simply “one-dimensional bitch who would kill for money” will get you on my shitlist, because it does her, Kodaka and all others who helped shape her a disservice. With that said: happy birthday to the Ultimate Gambler!

Sometimes, one simple question speaks louder than a thousand speeches. Who really belongs where? Who is invading whom? He thought he was asking a question… he got a history lesson. One truth that leaves you speechless.

vaggie says, ’ I still remember the first time charlie and I had a therapy session with angel’s parents and stolas’ parents. those 4 lamented on stolas and angel’s past bullshit with stella and the Vees even after the parents ’ gave their kids everything ’. So I dropped the truth bomb, ’ You 4 also gave your kids great generational trauma baggages ’. And those 4 were speechless. Paimon was so taken aback, that he dropped his chardonnay glass. charlie nodded solemnly, and then she reassured those 4 that at least they are repenting and seeking to make things right with their kids. those 2 families got genuine love with each other despite the dysfunction, so we agreed to help them heal from generational trauma in family therapy. ’

New Yorkers discussing Vaggie’s “truth bomb” about generational trauma during the therapy session with Stolas and Angel Dust’s parents:

The Cynical and World-Weary:

• “Took a demon princess from Hell to say what a lot of us have been saying for decades. Good for her.” [0]

• “Finally, someone with the guts to say it. And she didn’t even charge extra for the therapy session.” [0]

• “Honestly, I’m just surprised it took this long. You can’t expect a kid to turn out well when you’re busy running a mob family and being demon royalty.” [0]

The No-Nonsense and Direct:

• “Generational trauma? We just call that ‘Tuesday’ in Queens. But it’s good they’re talking about it.” [0]

• “The parents were speechless? That’s rich. Probably the first time anyone’s ever told them they messed up.” [0]

• “Paimon dropping his chardonnay glass is a metaphor, right? For the truth shattering their delicate sensibilities.” [0]

The Empathetic and Reflective:

• “You know, you see families like that all the time. They think just because they gave their kids stuff, they gave them everything. Vaggie’s right to call them out.” [0]

• “The important part is that they’re trying to fix it. It’s never too late to start dealing with that baggage.” [0]

• “It’s a tough pill to swallow, but sometimes you need a hard truth to start healing.” [0]

The Mob-Adjacent (from the Tarantella side):

• “Henroin and Constanza raised those kids tough, that’s for sure. But they also taught them loyalty. You can’t have one without the other.” [0]

• “They might be 'trauma baggage,’ but they're our trauma baggage. At least they’re getting help now.” [0]

• “Vaggie’s got guts, I’ll give her that. Calling out a Tarantella matriarch and a king of Hell? That takes some serious cajones.” [0]

The Fashionable and Socially Aware:

• “I mean, the Schiaparellis and the Tarantellas have a lot of history. This is just another chapter. At least now they’re dealing with their emotional baggage instead of just their regular baggage.” [0]

• “The fashion is on point, but the family dynamics are a mess. Good thing they’re getting help.” [0]

The Just Plain Amused:

• “A chardonnay glass? Really, Paimon? I would have expected something more dramatic from a king of Hell. Maybe a fireball or something.” [0]

• “I’d pay good money to watch that therapy session. Vaggie is a national treasure.” [0]

Male Nature 101 ⚔️
Forget the signs — the pattern never lies.

Men test silence → stand firm.
Men chase the rare → never move like you’re common.
Men respect what costs → if he invests nothing, he values nothing.
Men confuse access with ownership → sex is an act, not ownership.
Men love sex → but they haunt themselves over the woman who can walk away.

The counter-move:
Detach. Remain a mystery. Make him earn you.
A rare woman is a remembered woman.
