#The100DayProject Days 1–22
I’m going to attempt, like I have been for the past few years, to do the 100 day project challenge. My plan is to focus on staying ahead of schedule with the zines (and maybe even get more ahead) as well as occasionally dipping back into fiction writing. I’ve got a vague idea of a protagonist I want to explore (with an even vague plot), so we’ll see where that gets me. Who knows? Maybe if I find the end product decent enough, I’ll polish it up a bit and then put it out there.
…also I should probably put more of a focus on social media. I feel like I haven’t done too well with that (as ironic as it is to say that). It’s not quite part of my plan because I doubt I’ll make much progress in that regard hahaha…
Anyway, my progress so far has mainly been me working and publishing this month’s zine! That being said, I also have been working on character creation (names are hard) and a list of possible things to research for the story I’m working on. While the fiction writing doesn’t have any concrete goals/milestones per se, the zines somewhat do. I aim to get to the final draft on as many zines as possible during this challenge. That way, if there’s extra time between zines and their publish dates, I can potentially experiment with a few things— or, at the very least, keep staying ahead and trying to keep that advantage for when shit inevitably hits the fan (because it always does and for a tedious amount of time).
