Insect/Bug of the day 1st reb ( today we’ve got two bugs of the day because I missed doing February 1st and my completionist brain require is it)
Today we are covering probably one of my favorite goofy bugs to ever exist which is funny because it’s camouflage is objectively really good but I just cannot help but love how goofy it is that there is a bug out there that is literally just a stick with legs and isn’t it just amazing that that can exist in our world it sounds like something out of a fantasy world and I love it keep on dancing little Stick bugs
This is just a fun thing im doing in my fee time its not super serious so if any people know more and I’ve got stuff wrong feel free to let me know
Also if people have bugs/ insects/arcnids or arthropods they love let me know and I may look into them 🥰

Give me a sturdy, solid metal or wooden stick (One that could easily hold the weight of a big ass, adult human if I had to improvise it as part of a stretcher and preferably metal)
It must be 172cm (5'8") in height to match my height
It should fit comfortably in my hand
Preferably the middle should have a thin leather wrap around it so my hands can grab it about my shoulder width apart
The ends should be threaded, with caps to cover them when not in use, so that I can quickly change out attachments such as hooks to carry bags with, sling attachments, a crowbar tip, spear points, Naginata attachment, etc… Your imagination is the only limit.
The way I would never leave that stick and be twirling it around. I would take it everywhere with me and never leave it.
