Saylor came over to accompany Taia and Lori trick or treating. Taia had been worried about taking out Lori, especially knowing they lived close to the Deadwyler grandparents. Saylor insisted it’ll be fine, and that Lori shouldn’t miss out. So they took Lori to buy a costume. She said she wanted to be a dragon, but selected the dinosaur costume herself. Good thing too since the store had no dragon costumes. Taia did feel better taking out Lori knowing the costume headpiece covered her hair.

Simblreen Shenanigans pt. 2/2 🪦

Once it got dark, Louis went to meet his friends at the cemetery for a secret teen party. Of course, the couples had to wear matching costumes and slowly separated from the group for their own time, but the singles still had a fun time without them.

Well, this set is definitely not finished. I have many more plans for it, but I wanted to be ready for Simblreen and I’m already running late !!

The Midnight Masquerade!

this was by far the best simblreen game i’ve ever played and pretty sure i’ll ever play. it was incredibly well designed, beautifully crafted, thoughtfully written, rich in content, witty, and just extremely enjoyable. i loved the gifts!!! i’m not a medieval simmer but masks are such versatile and high quality items that they can be easily integrated in any kind of gameplay. the gallery space was amazing, and also i loved how much of her process surely included here and there. the final notes kinda made me emotional haha

while playing it i continued to roleplay as leon in my head but that wasn’t necessary lol and leon’s story is way too dark for such a cute and fun game so here i’m fast forwarding to leon’s happy end with his lover constance de legrandine.

‘La Spectre de la Rose’ - Simblreen 2025

Here’s my full Simblreen set of this year. Thanks to anyone who participated in my little flower hunt! The set includes the original parts which were available on both weekends, as well as the two bonus items from the second weekend.
These items (excluding the bonus dress) are inspired by the costumes worn by Vaslav Nijinsky and Tamara Karsavina in the 1911 ballet 'La Spectre de la Rose’. Léon Bakst designed the originals (reference under the cut) and was inspired by Biedermeier fashion for Karsavina’s dress, while Nijinsky’s outfit simply represents the spirit of a rose. However, my interpretations are by no means meant to be exact replicas.
The bonus content includes a second version of the rose costume without the skirt-petal-thing, as well as a recolour of a recoloured dress that has nothing to do with this ballet, but I thought it could use some more swatches.

Disclaimer: If you’ve only downloaded the acc sleeves on the first weekend, please redownload, as I fixed some issues. There is also a bit of clipping in the belt area of the Nijinsky costume with some movement that I couldn’t fix.
