If you have a chance, I totally recommend giving it a read! It’s heart-wrenching, but also funny and romantic, and ough such an incredibly 'what if’ deep-dive character story around Shockwave ahhh it’s so cool! (and totally my next bind ;} )

Where do I even begin? Oh, I know! Lets start with the fact that he falls apart, literally falls apart, like a broken toy!
My limbs often detach due to lack of internal structural integrity. No remedies have permanently fixed this.

I have a condition, unrelated to all the others, in which my systems will shut down when my processor is unstimulated for a certain amount of time.

Hm, I suppose these humans are more advanced than we had previously assumed. To speak so casually about such an advanced thing can only mean access…We will investigate this later, due to its complexities. For now, your question.
Um, well, I suppose you could call sir a few things. Scientist, strategist, lab director, teacher…
You make my life sound quite complicated.
Well, it is, sir.
I suppose, but all of my roles overlap in a sense. The public sector of the lab is open for those curious and/or experienced in recreating several formulas, materials, studies, etc. I do not often intrude on these independent studies, but they ask for my guidance. My own research is similar to theirs, only higher in scale. Along with that, my private sector is also used for Rumble and Frenzy’s studies; their materials are nowhere near as complex, but they do enjoy sitting in on the occasional explosions.
And when he’s able, he helps plan attacks with the rest of the high guard!
Though I will clarify, I provide more logistical/stealth approaches than the offensive ones the Decepticons are more commonly known for.

Ah, human term, sir. This species has more…binaries than us, and when they change to a different binary, they will often choose a new name. So, the old name becomes their “deadname”.
Fascinating…Well, regardless, the language does not apply with Soundblaster. His designation has always been Soundblaster, he calls himself Mouthpiece to be dramatic.
And to annoy you, I think.

Soundblaster calls himself that when he is performing his role as a literal mouth piece. Due to several health issues, I am sometimes unable to give instructions or deliver my research myself. So Soundblaster, being a similar model to Soundwave, was able to become a transmitter of sorts. And when he is doing that, he calls himself Mouthpiece. He is theatric, as I’m sure you can tell.
I guess you can’t fault him for following what’s in his storage.
I suppose not.
Where is Soundblaster anyway?

I love how with Megatron they have entirely shifted to his alt mode being not a gun but an actual tank but with Shockwave they’re like “what are you talking about, he’s a spaceship. What do you mean it’s a gun. No–well don’t flip it over and it won’t look like one! It’s a spaceship! Can’t sue us for that!”

This is my new Transformers OC Crackleflash, or just Crackle for short!
Some notes on her below:
- She’s the cybertronian equilivant of twenty-seven to around thirty-ish.
- She’s around gender apathetic Lesbian. She doesn’t mind any pronouns but uses primarily she/her out of convenience.
- She used to be a decepticon. But then she saw Shockwave slaughter a city. She was injured and left for dead after an attempt to kill Shockwave, but survived.
- She was deep in Decepticon-occupied territory at this point, and was afraid that even if she got to the Autobots in one piece, they would just kill her.
- So she stole a spaceship and flew away from Cybertron, hoping to find another planet and make up for her part in what the decepticons did when she got there.
- Thus began many, many years alone on a ship. She eventually reached Earth, but was injured in the crash.
-The autobots found her, and - to her immense surprise - nursed her back to health. Then she joined them.
- The years alone have left her really shy and socially inept. She’s working on it.
-She’s fascinated by human cultures and history, and her research into it inspired her to look into some old Cybertronian customs that were lost in the war.
- Has a crush on Arcee.
- Had an electro cannon
- I’m still working on her colour scheme.

How interested would you guys be in a Transformers fan continuity where the Great War never happened and the Decepticons just separated into their own civilization and both groups independently interact with other species (humanity has achieved space travel)
This continuity would more center around Shockwave (an AU following my favorite character whaat) who while he is still high ranking often is out studying the cosmos as he wishes where he has sorta made a loose network of allies in science and resources/trade.
One group of humans would be heavily inspired by Warframe and the Zariman Crew. Yes this is a bit of a long winded way to say I am making a Transformers X Warframe AU however so I don’t have to memorize perfect characterization I intend to make my own continuity and while I very much love Warframe hence why I want to heavily base some of the human characters off of it, the lore is very complicated and indepth I would rather not have to worry about keeping up with it as I mainly just want to do some sillies and vibes. I love Warframe and it’s lore (play it it’s free) but I also just want to free write and I one hundred percent believe Shockwave would be all over getting to study and train a group of people similar to the Tenno.
I have more work to do but I just want to know if people are interested.
