Thought I could have a peaceful, uninterrupted early morning ride on the PCN today by leaving super early.. but apparently half of Singapore had the same idea 🤷🏻‍♀️ Still, it was pretty satisfying to explore new places by bike on my own 🚴🏼‍♀️💕 Earlier this week I tweaked my back again which left me kinda down as it’ll affect my workouts and training. I’m lifting much heavier again for DLs and the thought of starting all over again made me wanna cry 😭 Up and down, up and down.. there really is only so much one can take…
