About him:
He is a grumpy, brooding, stubborn, introverted, kinda selfless, tsundere man, and works as a mechanic. He isn’t an asshole though! He is fully aware of how words hurt and will apologize if he hurt your feelings with his eternal bad mood. He is mature like dat. :3
He likes seeing people happy even if he isn’t.
He doesn’t want a therapist. He’s fine!
Instead of lashing out and yelling at others like a teenage anime tsundere character when in a bad mood or when others are annoying him on purpose, he instead: grumbles, scowls, stays silent, taps his foot, or and walks away and expresses his anger by himself (throwing tables LOL).
He doesn’t raise his voice alot. But when he does?… Expect more than fifteen dolphin bleeps.
He doesn’t talk to people much. The largest convos he has on average is with the cashier at his Walmart and his boss at work.
He’s slightly fond of his coworkers. They got good humour and made him crack up a couple times. (Bold of you to imagine him laughing at a joke they directly told to him because he’s usually behind a wall fixing something and overhears it. :3 ) Hearing his coworkers voices make him feel lonely but also comfort him.
His coworkers are pushy sometimes though and also push him into parties even when he says no. He hates that part about them. Finds it annoying, sometimes grateful for it, most of the time not because he didn’t wanna go to a party and feel like shit and out of place because he smells like oil and sweat.
He doesn’t take care of himself mentally or physically. He’s lazy. He doesn’t wanna cook, but instead just eats microwavable dinners even though he can afford a restaurant.
He doesn’t know how to cook. Darla cooked all of his meals and never gave him the recipes for the amazing meals she made when money got tough.
All of Darla’s food is Quincy’s comfort food.
He’s saved his money for years for a vacation he knows he’ll never allow to arrive. What’s he supposed to do? Sit around and relax and feel unappreciated for existing and be all by himself? Nah.
Quincy can easily afford two vacations.
He’s got a fair amount of money from saving and working even on holidays. This fact doesn’t bring him joy.
Quincy works on holidays to distract and entertain. He has no idea with to do during holidays and so works extra hard to feel extra appreciated because he feels lonelier.
He’s extra pissy during holidays.
Quincy hates Christmas because he has no one to spend it with. He’s cried at a work Christmas party once
Quincy loves Christmas. It was the happiest time of the year for him as a child. Especially because his father always timed his work and expedition trips (archaeologist) so he comes back around then.
Quincy’s parents were loving but absent. They had to support him and his easily sick sister. But then… Quincy’s father, Jeremy, got a better job. Becoming kinda famous. Then they had no excuse why they were absent. Sarah (his mom) and Jeremy didn’t know how to become completely in his life after a lifetime of not, and by the time they tried, they couldn’t comphrend his true self wasn’t what they pictured from their fragments of him.
Quincy sometimes forgets he’s not poor like how he was as a child. This is one of the reasons why he eats such cheap, but filling, food.
Quincy feels mixed feelings towards his parents. He deeply loves them but his heart aches at that. He hates that he loves them when they didn’t even try to accept him. They weren’t what he thought they were.
He misses his family.
He feels like being open with his emotions at this age or helping himself just seems like a waste of time, too late to do so, and kinda pathetic. Who’s there to be open with? Nobody. Who would care for a thirty year old mechanics emotions? Nobody. He’s a man. He doesn’t need to cry to his mommy.
He likes doing things with his hands. (Like puzzles, mechanical stuff, fidgeting, etc.)
He has a fidget spinner and spins it around when he’s bored.
He is surprisingly a hard-worker outside of his laziness at home. It’s kinda the only reason he’s alive right now. (He IS NOT suicidal but does have mild(mid??) depression.) It gives his life purpose. Seeing people pleased and grateful for HIS hardwork. Makes him feel appreciated and less lonely
Quincy loves his job and as a child, this was his dream. (Well… His dream job as a kid was to repair and build rocket ships but ok)
His second dream job would be an animal babysitter. (Those poor animals bro 😭🙏)
He’s insecure about his ears.
He’s lonely and secretly wants friends but pushes away those who have the potential for getting close.
His favorite ice treat is popsicles.
His favorite flavor of popsicles and ice cream is cherry!

His favorite animal are goats. He loses his shit whenever they scream at people and topple over.
He isolates himself in his house. He doesn’t like going outside when it doesn’t involve work. Especially since he’s always so flipping sweaty!

He has PTSD from having hamsters as a child. Poor guy got the hamster curse where thmey die the most brutal death Satan allows. 😭

He was bullied at school as a child for his big ears. Ironically, he grew into them as an adult.

Quincy and Kuinishi are not the same person. They just coincidentally look and sound exactly alike. (Quincy is constantly told that his “cosplay is so good!!” when in in actuality this is just what he looks like. 😭)
He is a temporary magical girl in the magical girl group of my anime! I haven’t figured out the name for the anime or group though.
He left the group after realizing that the magical girl life wasn’t for him, but he still wanted to save people and decided that HE WAS capable. That HE WAS able to do what he put his mind to. He finally decided to apply for medical school.
This is Garla Carla! I hate her design and yes, she does have pink eye because it makes her look goofy as hell and it’s the best part about her.
She’s Quincy’s older sister! …. That’s it.
Quincy and her have a strained relationship.
Quincy feels like she didn’t do enough for him when he was bullied, but Garla didn’t interfere out of a twisted way of helping him. She was trying to protect him by not escalating the situation. She was a coward. They don’t talk that much anymore.

Garla’s eight year old daughter and Quincy’s niece.
Quincy hasn’t seen her since she was four due to his strained relationship with Garla, but he misses her.
Even when she was a toddler you can tell how much life she has.
She reminded Quincy of himself. She was such a little spitfire.

It’s abandoned now unfortunately as I don’t know where I wanted the story to go, nor the characters, nor the motivations, and I just wanted to write about TIBGF_V more. Doesn’t mean I forgot about it or the characters, but just if I were to pick it up again it would be a story and not an ARG.

How would they meet? The microwave that Abe and his family were living in (you heard me) broke down, so they had to get a new one. Quincy had his window open and just got a brand spankin’ new microwave so… The rest it history!

He is canonically the owner of Bitty N1m and the twins in the bitty AU! He got them because his therapist told him to adopt a bitty to practise being gentle, more responsible, and patient.
(“A therapist!? Now you KNOW it’s an AU!!” Nah. Og Quincy does get one! It just takes him longer to do it. He won’t ever admit it, but he got inspired by Kuinishi’s journey (he started watching anime) of finding purpose, friends, and doing the things they put on the back burner for years (applying for medical school for example). It made him feel like he should try to do something to improve his life.)
