🚀 if i had a nickel for every time a guy with slicked back hair and attachment issues at the top of his profession was sent into a depressive spiral and became a shell of his former self desperate for connection due to being emotionally destroyed by a powerful blonde viewed as perfect by the media in their world despite their own deeply rooted insecurities, i’d have two nickels. which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice, right?
