✔️ Corrugated paper rolls are mainly used for:
🔹 Heating and pressing corrugated base paper
🔸 Pressing out specific flute shapes (such as A, B, C, E flutes, etc.)
🔹 Forming a stable corrugated structure in conjunction with pressure rollers
🔸 Affecting the strength, flatness, and bonding effect of the paperboard
🛠️ How does it work?
On the production line, after the base paper enters the equipment:
1️⃣ The corrugated rollers are heated to approximately 160–180℃
2️⃣ Two precisely meshing corrugated rollers interlock
3️⃣ The base paper is pressed into a regular waveform under pressure and temperature
4️⃣ The formed corrugated core paper is bonded to the face paper. The entire process operates at high speed; modern production lines can reach speeds of over 300 meters per minute.
