omg imagine them being pen pals… ohhh the yearninggggg… because erik wont give him his number. hes extremely selective about that, for some reason. but he does have like maybe a p.o. both situation that he can give blackout, because its where his colleagues send him stuff too.
and he’ll treasure that little sticky note. he’s putting it on the back cover of said book, as a little reminder of the nice man he happened to meet. because i guess hes super sentimental about these sorts of things. aww.
he’s currently writing blackout a letter. it’ll end up being like five pages and barely fits in the envelope 😭😭 hes just infodumping and giving book reviews both at once.

maybe sprinkle in a bit of yearning for blackout,, theres little sticky notes put everywhere in the book with various thoughts of erik’s, as well as just him fully writing on the pages themselves. its a little insight into his mind, the way he thinks and what he finds most fascinating, all literally written out for blackout to read.
… imagine he ends up claiming to “lose” the original and sends erik a new one instead. just so he can keep it. for yearning purposes.

julius now has to deal with erik freaking out the next day because he lost it!!! he lost his book and theyre due to fly out in a few hours!!

i think julius would end up proposing to adrian somewhere in the woods as they walked snowball. maybe the day was really nice, and they went further than usual (it being julius’s idea).. maybe he had planted wildflowers in a pretty big patch and was tending to them and wanted to show adrian. and while he was busy investigating everything and looking at all the petals, julius knelt down behind him, with snowball patiently sitting with him.
