Sourcing and fitting are two major jobs of mine! Custom Fashion and Wardrobe Repair are Style Support Services I offer that require my expertise as a Fashion Designer to discern fabric choices and accurately fit my client and their garments. This shot was snapped at the #HectorLookoutLoft, and @airbnb owned by my best friend and @hectorhandmade Business partner @jennie_scarbrough. Her gorgeous space is one of my favorite places to meet with Custom Fashion and Wardrobe Repair Clients for fittings. Jamie K. met me in this special space while we developed her bridal vision. Creating #StarGoddessGown with Jamie K. was a unique experience, as every single Custom Fashion experience is. She came in knowing she wanted a full tulle skirt, deep necklined bodysuit and sparkle stars and a purple accent to memorialize her sister! Y’ALL comin at me with a recipe like this is TOTALLY what my dreams are made of! We found gorgeous fabrics on @etsy, and of course incorporated the @themisandthread signature American grown and knitted organic cotton! Together through fittings and discussion Jamie K. and I also honed in her perfect fit - stay tuned for more pics of developing her vision and creating a perfect bodysuit pattern!
