Y3K Magazine: What’s one thing about your grind people don’t see behind the music?
Van Gwuapo:
“No matter what circumstances I’m in, I will get whatever I have to get done no matter what.” 💯
Y3K Magazine: If someone heard your music for the first time today, what song should they start with and why?
Van Gwuapo:
“The very first song — ‘Cold World.’ The whole body of work was constructed while going through hard times.”
Y3K Magazine: What’s the ultimate goal for you in this rap game?
Van Gwuapo:
“My goal in the end is to build a legacy with my brother, family, fans, and supporters. I want to show people like me or who come from the same background that anything is possible if you work toward it.”
