Dogs as Mayors
Ok, who was going to tell me that we can vote for DOGS as MAYORS? Like, I genuinely can’t believe that people actually voted for these pups, AND THEY’RE ACTUALLY BETTER LEADERS. We should probably hide them from Noem to avoid assassinating the qualified pups.
Now obviously, the people making the decisions are probably the owners, but isn’t it wild that we are putting more faith in dog that doesn’t completely understand the worth of something, over someone the same species as ourselves?

Thank you for being patient and for the ask, it’s little asks like this that help me alot, and I appreciate them, sorry I took a moment to answer your question, answers below another long post.
[[MORE]]I have two sets of answers for each of my children, when they were young and when are grown up, I’ll go in order of ages.
Dissa Young: As a kitten and into her childhood, Dissa preferred baths over showers, and always behaved in them, for the first years of her life she preferred to have her mom (me) help her. but eventually she learned to bathe alone and grew to prefer that, if only because she felt like she would have been mocked by her father.
Dissa Grown Up: All grown up starting from her teen and adult life, Dissa only showers, however, she won’t stand in them, she prefers to just sit in the tub and slowly wash herself, while practicing her singing, sometimes due to her more intense emotions, she’ll randomly shapeshift which has broken a few of her showers, she absolutely hates how weak she feels when under the water like that, she dosen’t enjoy bathing, but does it often, so she can maintain her perfect appearance.
Eversteen Young: very excited about bath time, that kitten and child loved baths, it allowed him to play with his toys, and spend time with both of his parents, it was his favorite time of day for years.
Eversteen Grown Up: Into his teen life and adult life, he still prefers baths but he will just sit inside a full tub of warm water, and only get out and start properly cleaning himself once the water get’s cold. Though for a good few years, back before he discovered his identity and himself, he’d shower, as looking at his old body for too long made him uncomfortable for reasons he didn’t understand, it took a long talk with his mom’s friend Zoe, to discover why he suddenly just didn’t like his body, and she’s one of the major reasons which he was able to discover he was a man, and finally enjoy baths again after his transition.
Vesper Young: I’m not sure people in the circus, would need to bathe, but I would imagine Pomni would want Vesper to learn how a regular human life goes, so would choose to Bathe Vesper, and I think while growing up Vesper would find them okay, but not really be excited or annoyed, just go ‘okay sure’ and take one on it’s own.
Vesper Grown Up: Vesper as it grows up I think would grow to appreciate that alone time when it knows it has total privacy, and would much like eversteen just like to sit in the water alone for awhile, but it would start cleaning itself, before the water get’s cold.
Mayor Young: Due to Mayor’s Medical conditions she needed to be bathed very carefully, by one or both of her parents, so from a kitten into when she reached pre-teens she never was really excited about being showered, she defiantly was one of thoes cats who absolutely hated water for the longest time and would be very fussy about it.
Mayor Grown Up: Into her late teens and adulthood, when her body properly grew into what it is, she could safely bathe on her own, and could properly enjoy baths, and while she still hated them for a good few years, eventually she grew to love bubble baths most of all, and loves to enjoy one after a long hard day of work, infact she has two trusted lackey’s she trusts with helping wash her, they handle washing her heads for her while she get’s to relax with cucumbers on her cat eyes, and circle cuts of beef on her bunny eyes, with a full on spa mask.
Xlex Young: Growing up he absolutely despised baths, and showers, being fussy and grumpy about it, epically if neither of his parents were there for him, it wasn’t that he was spoiled, just for a long time he hated the texture of water on his fur/scales, as it felt strange to him, what finally convinced him, to finally start behaving and accepting them, was just so he could be better at baths then his siblings, he was competitive about it, so that worked for him.
Xlex Grown Up: Into his late teens and adult life, he’s learned he dosen’t mind showers, as long as they are either freezing cold, or scolding hot, it turns out all he needed all along was extreme temperatures.
Mumbles Young: Mumbles loves baths plain and simple, as they will start to giggle in every voice it has heard laughter from, and splash around too.
Mumbles Grown Up: I personally don’t know much about how Mumbles would be like when grown up in general, but I think Mumbles due to how much it has taken to her shadow nature, he would prefer to preen his own feathers most of the time over taking a bath and shower, but I also think Mumbles for sure would enjoy swimming in blood, defiantly getting their blood lust from her mother.
