It’s Holocaust Rememberance Day.

I finished Maus yesterday; ooohhhh booooyyy…..

It’s so peak…. The art style is so scrumptious…. I don’t usually feel emotional towards art, it’s all very neutral for me, but this made me feel so incredibly attached to the characters and the story. It was almost like mister Vladek (how I hate how English hasn’t got a formal form I feel so disrespectful) was talking straight to the reader. I felt like I was in the room with him and his son. Sometimes it was a little bit hard to understand what he was saying, since the grammar wasn’t entirely correct, and sometimes some scenes were pretty crude (justifiably so),but it’s manageable. The story flowed incredibly well, it was an amazing read. Couldn’t stop recommending it.

Unterschreiben mit der Maus ist nötig, unterschreiben mit dem Stift dann doch nicht

Dieser Beitrag entstand im Rahmen des Seminars “Handschrift: Aktivismus für Introvertierte” an der UdK Berlin.

Ich habe in letzter Zeit leider keine interessante Methode zum Unterschreiben benutzt. Um meinen Lohn zu bekommen, muss ich einen unterschriebenen Stundenzettel per Mail an HR senden. Meine Managerin und ich müssen jeweils mit unseren Unterschriften bestätigen, dass meine Angaben richtig sind. Ich nutze dafür das Tool “Fill & Sign” des Acrobat Readers von Adobe. Meine Unterschrift eingepflegt habe ich mit einer Mausbewegung, wobei ich die linke Maustaste während des Schreibens gedrückt hielt.

Neulich allerdings hat mich eine vermeintlich fehlende Unterschrift kurz zum Schwitzen gebracht. Am London City Airport wurde am Gate durchgesagt, dass nur Menschen mit unterschriebenen Pässen fliegen dürfen. Alle, deren Pässe nicht unterschrieben waren, sollte sich umgehend melden. Und ich war so müde, dass ich panisch einen Stift gesucht habe, um ggf. noch schnell meinen Reisepass zu unterschreiben – bis meine Begleitung mich darauf hingewiesen hat, dass der Pass meine laminierte Unterschrift bereits enthält. (Ich konnte mich nur noch an den geleisteten Fingerabdruck erinnern, weil es das deutlich beunruhigendere Verfahren war.)

Lowkey I drew pink really bad here and this is also very old. I made clickbait as a joke at first saying to my friend “imagine if pink had a pet maus and annoyed Spamton with it” but I’ve grown very attached to this maus
