The Husband: Man-Bat
The Wife: She-Bat
Kirk and Francine have been happily married for many years, but what most people don’t know is Francine is the most aggressive between the two, not to her husband of course. She is protective. When Kirk was arrested because of the Man-Bat serum going haywire, she was the one who tried to defend and rescue him. When she was denied, she rewrote the formula and stabilized it to become She-Bat, breaking out her husband in the process. It was also because she knew Man-Bat needed a mate. Even though this put them both on the wrong side of the law, it was worth it. She’s the only one of the two who can speak in their monster forms, and she acts as the ringleader of their duo.
Since then, both Bats have looked out for each other. Kirk has grown in confidence from his transformation since he was quite timid before. He will protect Francine and vice versa as human and Man-Bat respectively. With her help, he has mastered control of Man-Bat’s form to where transformations are second nature. The only downside is Man-Bat is a vampire bat so he gets hungry for meat a lot more than Francine does who is a vampire-fruit bat hybrid. But they do dinner dates in monster form by hunting on wildlife away from the city…or they hunt the people who wronged them. He loves the freelance flights with his mate just to feel the wind on his fur.
Together, they use their Bats kind of for joking purposes as well. They love to scare the crap out of people if they can get away with it. To the other Rogues, they are the go-to scientists for various concoctions like Venom and the ability to enhance Fear Toxin to whom they gladly lend their services out of spite of the system that demonized them. But they don’t let what Gothamites say get them down. They are deeply in love and their bond is as strong as ever even now that they tread as monsters of the dark.

Kirk Langstrom does NOT go out on Halloween if he can help it. He knows that everyone vying for chaos is looking his jekyll and hyde werewolf vampire bat ass. Sometimes visited by June Moon which is fun :)
Grundy and Gentleman Ghost go on a lil cemetery date. They like watching the emo kids wander throughout the graveyard because theyre suprisingly respectful
Klarion loves trick or treating, specifically tricks.
Silver Banshee invites Scream Queen over for a horror movie night.
not villain but I think the Creature Commandos enjoy just a day of existing. They wander around towns, eating at restaurants, living a normal life
Bizarro (He’s frankenstein adjacent it counts to me) puts up Stockings and leaves out cookies and milk
