I just heard one of my cats beeping sadly at me while I was on the couch and I couldn’t find him?? I start checking under the couch but he’s not there and he trills at me, like, right in my fucking ear and I realize oh no. He’s stuck in the couch. So I carefully turn it over and find a hole in the fabric that would allow access! Oh no! I must rescue my poor baby! Using my phone I manage to sight him.

Oh. I say. You’re just chillin now. Ok.
I’ve been calling him and the other cats have decided to help as well.
Goblin is surveying. An important step.
Otter is engaging in a slap fight. To encourage movement, I assume.
Anyway it’s been 20 minutes and he’s sticking his head through holes and digging at stuff so I think he got in through a hole he does not feel confident getting out of so I guess I’m doing couch surgery.
