Voor veel jongeren is een festival dé plek om samen te genieten van muziek en vrijheid. Maar wist je dat 1 op de 10 jongeren in Nederland zich eenzaam voelt en het lastig vindt om ergens bij te horen? Juist voor deze jongeren is er tijdens Bevrijdingspop Haarlem op 5 mei 2025 de Join Us Hang Out – een veilige, gezellige ontmoetingsplek waar jongeren samen met leeftijdsgenoten van het festival kunnen genieten.
“Het was geweldig. Ik heb geweldige mensen leren kennen en ben zo blij dat ik ook eens een festival kon meemaken!” vertelt Ravi (20), die vorig jaar voor het eerst kwam.
Vrijheid vieren doe je samen! Meer dan 420.000 jongeren in Nederland voelen zich sterk eenzaam. Voor hen is het niet vanzelfsprekend om met vrienden naar een festival te gaan. Daarom slaan Join Us, Odido en Bevrijdingspop Haarlem ook dit jaar de handen ineen. Samen zorgen ze ervoor dat jongeren die zich eenzaam voelen een fijne plek hebben op het festival. Want vrijheid vieren dat doe je samen.
Praktische info: waar & wanneerOp maandag 5 mei vanaf 12.00 uur zijn jongeren welkom bij de Join Us Hang Out op het festivalterrein van Bevrijdingspop Haarlem. De plek is eenvoudig te vinden via ingang B en te herkennen aan banners.
