Gradient Text ♡
A Step by Step Tutorial
♡ Go to this website.
♡ Enter the text you want to make ~pretty~.
choose upto three colours in this website. You can change the type of gradient to middle (where the second colour is surrounded by the first one) or three coloured. There’s even a rainbow one but i personally don’t find it that pretty.
♡ Copy the HTML code, the BBCode doesn’t work on tumblr.
♡ Go to this website. Or any other replace text tool you prefer.
♡ Replace the semicolon with, well, nothing. You’re going to remove the semicolon.
Click on replace text and then copy the final code.
♡ When making or editing the post on tumblr, there’s a gear icon on the top right corner. Click on that and go to the Text Editor. Choose HTML instead of Rich Text. And paste your copied code in the post.
Ohmygosh hi seb!!!!! This post was made on my tablet. But it’s more or less the same on desktop and phones.
When you save the draft, it will show the gradient. It automatically changes to Rich Text once you save it, so you can now edit the post and the coloured text as you normally do.
