[EN] Today marks the end of the school year.
My vacation doesn’t start for another couple of weeks, but a new chapter is already beginning — no more school drop-offs or extracurricular runs for a while. Bliss.

On the flip side, it’s also a bit of a test. I don’t want the kids to spend their days glued to screens. We’ll need to figure out how to keep them busy — which, of course, means one thing: boredom is not an option.

After one brief sunny spell, the rain’s back. They say it’s nicer down south, but around here the weather’s been stuck in “gray filter and constant drizzle” mode for weeks. Today I’m expecting a delivery of gear for the upcoming photo-camping trip — including a raincoat. I have a feeling I’ll need it well before the trip even starts…

So far, the guest list says 12 models and 24 photographers. Holy mother! It’s going to be crowded. Honestly, I’d prefer a bit more balance, but hey — a meetup has its own rules. Oh well.

I’m not feeling pressured to shoot a ton. There are two people there I’m really looking forward to working with — even without planning anything — and the rest… well, let’s just treat it as a chance to unwind.
Which is what I wish for all of us.

[PL] Dziś zakończenie roku szkolnego. Mój urlop wypada dopiero za jakieś dwa tygodnie z hakiem, ale już teraz zaczyna się nowy rozdział — przez ten czas nie będę musiał nikogo zawozić ani do szkoły, ani na żadne zajęcia. Wypas.

Z drugiej strony, to też mały test. Bo nie chcę, żeby dzieciaki siedziały całymi dniami w domu przed ekranami. Trzeba będzie im jakoś zorganizować czas, co oczywiście oznacza jedno — nie ma że nudno.

Po jednym słonecznym przebłysku znów leje. Mówią, że na południu Polski jest lepiej, ale u mnie od miesiąca pogoda w trybie „szary filtr i prysznic”. Dziś mają przyjść klamoty na zlot foto-biwakowy, w tym płaszcz przeciwdeszczowy. Coś czuję, że przyda się na długo przed wyjazdem…

Z aktualnych informacji wynika, że na biwak jedzie 12 modelek i 24 fotografów. Matko boska! Będzie tłoczno. I szczerze mówiąc — wolałbym trochę bardziej wyrównane proporcje, ale zlot rządzi się swoimi prawami. Nic to.

Nie mam ciśnienia, żeby zrobić tony zdjęć. Są tam dwie osoby, z którymi z chęcią popracuję nawet w ciemno, a reszta… niech będzie po prostu dobrą okazją do relaksu. Czego sobie i Państwu życzę.
