FENDER Secures Legal Ruling To Protect Stratocaster Guitar Body Design
As a result of the ruling, Yiwu Philharmonic Musical Instruments Co. is prohibited from manufacturing, offering, or distributing guitars featuring the Stratocaster body shape in Germany and the EU.
