I definitely think that the dark fairy and had a somewhat one-sided rivalry with the fairy godmother from Cinderella all the way back in the day (Fairy’s Got Talent seems to hint at that, anyways)
As the witchiest of the bunch, I’d like to think that the candy witch and Gothel had a toxic, homoerotic rivalry
And then I’d love to just say that Marian actually had a rivalry with Robin Hood only because she’s so cool that I see her major relationship starting as rivals to lovers

overall, there was definitely a royals vs villains/commoners division going on (if I’m not wrong, in the first book they throw the very first ball that doesn’t separate them by class)
From what we see class of classics:
-Goldie was friends to nearly everyone, but I think she’s closest to Red
-Both Red and Goldie were on the theater club, along with Bad Wolf, Charming, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Beast and the Blue Fairy, so there should be some theater kid bond going on
-However, I don’t think club bonds would be strong enough to overcome the class separation
-Surprisingly, we don’t see anything special about the wonderleandians’ interactions! so maybe they weren’t a friend group back then, and it kind of makes sense, they don’t need to be friends just bc they’re in the same tale, especially since the Wonderland well wasn’t sealed back then and they could just go back home and see their other friends there
From my headcanons:
-Snow White and Evil Queen were friends (and maybe something more) and you can’t convince me otherwise
-Cheshire Cat and Badwolf hated each other’s guts
-Evil Queen’s and Dark Fairy’s rivalry started in school
-I wonder who the popular guy was at that time, bc it was definitely not Charming
about that second part, I’ll have to answer later after I think a little more about it, be right back!
