Dunhill Chestnut

The Dunhill Chestnut series is an absolute classic in the world of luxury pipes.

The series occupies the perfect niche between the very traditional, almost black “Dress” series and the lighter natural tones.

The pipes feature a smooth, dark brown finish with a reddish undertone – reminiscent of a ripe chestnut.

The most striking feature is the Cumberland (marbled ebonite) mouthpiece. The brownish grain of the mouthpiece harmonizes perfectly with the stain of the wood.

Of course, every Chestnut pipe bears the famous white dot on the mouthpiece – the worldwide symbol of quality and perfection from Dunhill.

Captain was being pissy and picky about every little thing that I did (or didn’t do, I guess applies as well). Bryce would shut the fuck up and wouldn’t stop correcting me

Well…

Now that I think about it, I’ve barely seen him at all today.

I also had a number of Star Defenders today get all upset with me because I wasn’t just tolerating their jabs like I usually do (because of Captain and Bryce being asshats and making me irritated), so that was just great.

Needless to say, everyone was getting on my nerves and I am NOT having it

I think I’m going to take a day off and ignore everyone

Worst part about today was Captain and Bryce, tbh

I appreciate the concern, however. Does make me feel a little better

I bet this will surprise you all as much as it surprised me, but something happened today with Hatemonger

For some reason, he sneaked some food from breakfast this morning and gave it to me when I realized I forgot to eat (which was like half an hour ago)

I’m not sure why, but it definitely wasn’t expected. When I asked him about it, he didn’t bother answering (or even acknowledging that I asked)

So, uh… that happened.

I wonder why

*Chestnut startles a little when he hears the woman appear out of the ground.*

*He thinks about what she asked for a long moment before answering,*

Well.. uh.. to be honest, I don’t entirely know. I mean, I know that I don’t even have to continue working with them all, but I think I would feel bad if I left…

*He pauses for a second before continuing,*

And, if I’m going to be honest, there are times when I really do like working with them. Even Hatemonger.

Plus, it’s probably my fault that they don’t appreciate what I do, considering how useless I can be… I just need to get better…

*He drifts off for a long moment before something comes to mind, and he looks at the visitor with a mildly confused expression,*
