Sketchie time because I really liked the movie I watched today and the art style was so silly I wanted to try and mimic it!! :3

I kept trying to draw my gf as a raccoon furry but failed so I just made myself again.
I also learned a Tit is a Chikadee? Chicadee? Where I am so that is my species. Still critically endangered though.

An attempt at painting them in a more impressionist-like art style after having seen some photos of these little guys on bluesky. All of which were very talented photographs
I also wanted to be able to hang it near my desk, maybe. So now I gotta look into how to properly frame it (or making a frame maybe, probably, probably not)
to anyone who say all of my bird reblogs last night i’m so sorry anyways peep chickadee hat

In Japan they call them “snow fairies.” ❄️ It’s a Long-Tailed T!t (Scandinavian/Asian morph). [censorship for laughs]
I drew this as part of #birdartweek2026. I’ve never used a tablet for sketching before, but grabbed the gf’s ipad a few days ago and and started trying out procreate.
On very cold days, the MoDos in particular like to hang out at the heated bath. It is not “hot hot”, just keeps the water from freezing, but when it’s -15 °C / 5 °F outside, I guess even that can feel warm. And who doesn’t need a bit of warmth right now? 💗
