I am embarking on a Monk Marathon work out challenge for March Madness dedicated to heart health awareness and Jason Gray-Stanford. The miles will be added to my year long Monk walking challenge where I am virtually walking 2,236 miles from Kansas City to San Francisco then a pit stop to Santa Barbara then back to San Francisco.
