Where it all began
My great-grandfather was a blacksmith in Hilo. I am an electrician by trade, however, after my mom’s passing, I wanted to change things up a bit. I picked up a hammer and had a make shift forge. The rest is history.
Forged in Fire
After only 7 months of blacksmithing, I was honored to be invited on the show Forged In Fire on the History Channel. It was there, I won champion that day and almost immediately invited back for the “Champions” show.
In the works
Since the show, I have been able to express my art in the products I make. Lucky enough that I get to do what I love. I continue to forge knives and explore different mediums.
